I only had 1/2 a Reese's peanut butter brownie. I enjoyed it, logged it and now they hold no more temptation.0

My gym buddy couldn't make the gym tonight with me and I was 95% set on not going either but then I turned it around, hit the gym, had an amazing workout and felt epic!0

I made shortbread with my toddler girl. We halved the ingredients to make a half batch, and then made the shortbread biscuits tiny so there was only 78 calories in one. Good for her and me!0

I took off work today to go to a doctor's appointment (this appointment took me two years to finally schedule for myself - so I'm patting myself on the back for that big accomplishment). Anyway.... took off work today and I knew my steps were going to be nowhere near my usual 8-10,000 steps. So I took the dog on a walk around the neighborhood this afternoon, even though I just wanted to lay down on the couch. It didn't bring my step count up by much, but now I'm about to go to bed at 7,500 steps and under my calorie goal for the day. I'm pretty satisfied with that, given I usually hit my step goal fairly easily during a busy 10 hour work day.0

I did my 30 minutes this morning and increased my pace. I see every step as taking me out of the pre diabetic range.0

I did meal prepping today for work the next two days makes it so I can sleep in a few more minutes in the morning0

Had a mini tortilla wrap with my egg instead of buttered toast. Avoided rice at dinner time. Went for a walk.0

I was bored so I walked to Whole Foods and bought new healthy things I haven't tried before and then walked back instead of taking the bus..... and I didn't stop at all the delicious restaurants along the way0

I logged back in to mfp today and am going to start doing better. I'm making shorter goals so I don't give up. I am going to log food for a week. I gained 5 pounds in the last few weeks. So today the good thing i did was logging in. I hope tomorrow i do something else0

I skipped the cheese on my salmon burger tonight.0

Added 5-7 Minutes onto my workout that I didn't feel like doing. Extra calorie burn! Also prepared my lunch and snacks for today, already have dinner logged even though it is not made :-)0

I chopped the veggies and prepped the meat for dinner tonight. Healthy dinner will be faster than takeout.0

I fought with myself in bed this morning wanting to get another hour of sleep but instead I opted for a morning walk/run AND I premade lunch: half of an avacado diced with 7 shrimp, seasoned with lime, garlic powder, black pepper and a tiny bit of sea salt. 30 more minutes till I get to eat it!0

I very consciously delayed eating that little piece of chocolate and saved it for my afternoon coffee... I still haven't had my coffee, and now it's too late for it, which means no chocolate! And I added extra water with cucumber slices to my routine!!!0

I logged in for second day in arow! I walked 12,000 steps and was a little under calorie goal IF raking leaves for 2 hours really burns 600 calories. My whole body hurts.0

Went out in the cold (28 degrees F) today, instead of snuggling in my warm covers. I got my 30 minutes in and feel much better for doing it.0

I packed my breakfast for work today. Vanilla Greek yogurt & strawberries, along with my coffee (measured the cream, of course!). I felt like giving up last night because cravings were so strong, but I didn't give in. I feel even stronger today!0

Restarted my MFP account today and ate no junk food0

Went for a brisk 40 minute walk before eating the sensible lunch I packed.0
