A new week, so a fresh start! I've been eating out a lot lately, so my goal this week is to get back to cooking dinner at home. I still have about 3 lbs to hit 40 lbs lost, but then I still have at least 30 or more to go.2

I buy healthy snacks...nuts and fruit and save them for those rough times...once i eat that i am not as hungry...so therefore i do not binge as much on unhealthy snacks!
......every little it helps!

I also need someone who can help me staying on track.
Check in as often as you can for support and motivation!
You can do this! Reset your thinking!!! Get back on track....remember why you started this journey! Pull out those pics of yourself that you love...and those that you hate! Try to motivate yourself more, and let's do this together!1 -

Can you work your snacks into your calories? Maybe change your breakfast or lunch by cutting something out to make room for your snacks later, guilt free?0 -

Let's do this together! I have trouble adding exercising to my morning routine.
Do you have time to workout in the afternoon? Or is there a time of day that works better for you? I really want to go to the gym at 5am by I haven't gotten back in that habit yet. I just continue to go in the afternoons..and still try to get as much house work done as I can before I go so I don't feel guilty.0 -
Down 8 lbs from "starting over" a few months ago. I think I'll hit my target this month, but I'm going on two vacations in July which make me nervous I'll gain it all back!1

Hey there! It's exciting to go on vacation....maybe you could set a few rules up for yourself....eat a healthy breakfast and/or lunch..workout in the mornings..take walks after dinner...even if it's a 20 minute walk...there are really great ideas on the internet for traveling while trying to lose or not gain weight while on vacation!
BTW, 8 pounds down! Great Job!1 -

Yes it is definitely a process, but it can be done!
Once your mind is set to be consistent and you have gotten to a place in your journey where you are DETERMINED....the weight WILL come off...simply b/c you are FOCUSED!!!!
When you are truly tired of your current weight, you will do whatever you need to do to make the necessary changes to improve your life!
Talk to anyone with a SUCCESS STORY....they will tell you how fed up they had gotten with how they looked or felt, and became determined to make a change!
It starts with CHANGE, and to continue throughout your journey, you must be DETERMINED AND FOCUSED in order to see continued results!

Looking for my MOJO too!!!! We'll find it very soon0 -
Thanks for the support! It's very frustrating when you have accomplished a lot, and then fall backwards...only to RE-GAIN some or all of weight that you recently lost!!!
But... they key to success is to keep going...NEVER GIVE UP...despite the set-backs keep making daily decisions to do better!
Even when you get up in the morning with GOOD INTENTIONS, but fall short throughout the day...keep going...keep pushing yourself forward...EVENTUALLY...your breakthrough will happen, and you will start to see the pounds come off.... 1 pound at a time!!!!
No matter how tough it gets, or how many times you may fail...keep logging in, and keep charting your meals.... b/c this is an essential part of the process!
When you get in the HABIT of doing things correctly and consistently...eventually it will become easier for you, and when it becomes easy, it becomes 2nd nature!
WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!
