    Back in the Pool today.

    30 mins minimum every day - 17 out of 18
    45 mins plus (but under 400 cals) - 7
    400 plus cal burn - 5

    Campingma - maybe reset your goal to 75m.?! Good to know you had a great walk tho. Steve - 50 miles of river trails - how lovely! Hope it made up for your miserable weather spell ...

    ok found this halfway through the month i will set my cycling goal at 550km (I started Biking to work on the 7th after picking up a new bike the 6th. At this point i have done 132 km and shortly will head out for a 16km ride home. leaving just over 400 km to do before month end (320 of those KM will come from the work Commute that I do 4 out of 5 days) so that leaves me 80 extra km to find time for by the end of April (spread over 5 weekend days that's only 16 per day half what i ride on a work day)

    Great work everyone, as of the this mornings ride to work I am at 248.4 km , it looks like it's going to be a beautiful week so should be easy to rack up the km barring any catastrophes. about to leave for the 16km trek home (may drag it out a bit at the bottom and take a spin by the lake which is good for an extra 8 k or so)
    So warm this morning i just wore a track jacket and a thin long sleeve running shirt.

    I'm in, will set my goal at 400 miles.

    4/1 - 12.06 miles, road bike, 54.12 minutes
    4/2 - 17.66 miles, road bike, 1:25 minutes
    4/8 - Think I sat my goal to high now. We have had a week of terrible weather. Saturday was high of 35 with 16 to 20 mph winds, sleet/freezing rain/snow. All week been cold and rained everyday and windy. 45000 locally without power as winds has been 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 50. Rain with snow mix tomorrow again (Friday) and Saturday high of 35 rain in the morning turning to wintery mix in the afternoon. uggggg!!!!
    4/11 - 18.20 miles, road bike, finally the weather straightened up for a ride.
    4/12 - 29.15 miles, road bike, great weather for a change
    4/13 - 19.64 miles, road bike, rode with the Wed. eve ride group
    4/16 - 53.21 miles, road bike, river trails by Evansville, 82*F beautiful day
    4/17 - 8.65 miles, road bike, quick little ride before dark after driving home 5 hours.
    4/18 - 18.95 miles, road bike, weather was perfect!!

    Totals- MTD - 177.52 boy last week of cold, wet, snowy weather is going to make this ruff getting!!!

    Jan. miles - 170.5 bike
    Feb. miles- 245.25 bike
    March miles- 409.78 bike

    Total for 2016- 1003.05 bike

    It has been extremely busy here and I've not got too log my food area like I would have liked too. Husband retired (all but 4 days a month) in December so we have been extremely busy getting much needed things done here and we've been camping some as well...

    April 17th Sunday .....2.0 Walking Miles...
    April 18th Monday.....4.0 Walking Miles...

    TOTAL AS OF APRIL 18TH.........62.75 Walking Miles....

    We ARE going too be doing a lot of Hiking starting tomorrow for the rest of the month. At end month (OR MAY 1ST) I will log all the walks/hiking....

    MAY 1ST WE WILL START A NEW AREA FOR OUR CHALLENGE. So dont forget too look for it by May 1st...

    Hey there! Still working toward my goal of 150 miles this month.

    As of 4/19- 84.7 miles total. I forgot my fitbit this past week so I'm down around 5 miles.

    Have a long way to go before the end of the month! Let's see if I can make it!

    Hi all
    Had to step away from this challenge due to not one but two herniated disks in my back and neck. The back one for now is good as I finally had to get that shot in my back and so far it has helped. The neck one doesn't bother me as much, so were leaving it alone for now.

    But.....I finally got the okay to go back to working out. Although I was told to take it easy and ease back into it. I wasn't even allowed to walk as that was killing me too.
    So I know it's mid April, well almost the end of April, but thought I would jump in again.

    My goal will be 50 miles by the end of the month. I think that is taking it easy? Well maybe not, but I'll aim high.
