4/8 - Think I sat my goal to high now. We have had a week of terrible weather. Saturday was high of 35 with 16 to 20 mph winds, sleet/freezing rain/snow. All week been cold and rained everyday and windy. 45000 locally without power as winds has been 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 50. Rain with snow mix tomorrow again (Friday) and Saturday high of 35 rain in the morning turning to wintery mix in the afternoon. uggggg!!!!
4/11 - 18.20 miles, road bike, finally the weather straightened up for a ride.
4/12 - 29.15 miles, road bike, great weather for a change
4/13 - 19.64 miles, road bike, rode with the Wed. eve ride group
4/16 - 53.21 miles, road bike, river trails by Evansville, 82*F beautiful day
4/17 - 8.65 miles, road bike, quick little ride before dark after driving home 5 hours.
4/18 - 18.95 miles, road bike, weather was perfect!!
4/21 - 18.04 miles, road bike, beat the rain home

Interesting - another 30 mins excercise min fail today... Not sure if I simply overdid it today (walk to school, orchestra, lunch with friend, missed full blown nap before taking daughter to docs, full blown CHronic Fatigue crash at 4.30 recover 7 when guests arrive) or due to cycle ride (and treatment) and late nap yesterday. Or both... Sorry not trying to bore you all with my health issues - just keeping a record helps me look back and reflect and so manage my illness better...
Might have managed to get myself out to complete/exceed the 30 mins another day as the energy came back - but it was raining, and Frankly I was too full of pudding and plonk to care! Fun eve.

Don't beat yourself up about it @gentlygently we all have bad days. But keep on going - I've read that gentle exercise is one of the best things for chronic fatigue. Have you tried qigong? A friend of mine made ENORMOUS improvements with it.
I've had a busy week, two trips to Head Office, a trip to Tewkesbury, and an evening out at the races where I won the princely sum of £3.67. Missed my dance classes this week, partly because last week I found myself dancing in the first class with LOTS of very beginners and it was too hard work. Reassuring to know that at last I am improving!!
I'm back to running, I did about 3 miles on Friday and 4 miles Saturday. I did consecutive days to see whether I could do a 4 mile run on fatigued legs, and turns out I can, so there's no excuse for not signing up to the 10k race in the weeks time. None of those miles were run continuously though, I'm walking the last part of each mile, but since I don't have time to train properly that's probably the best plan to make sure I can do it without getting injured.
Cocktails and super rich foods last night have made me laze around today, although I'm restless as anything.

Great work everyone, as of the this mornings ride to work I am at 248.4 km , it looks like it's going to be a beautiful week so should be easy to rack up the km barring any catastrophes. about to leave for the 16km trek home (may drag it out a bit at the bottom and take a spin by the lake which is good for an extra 8 k or so)
So warm this morning i just wore a track jacket and a thin long sleeve running shirt.
As of this morning's Ride in to work (in the rain) I am at 373.85 km this month. I will be giving a break on saturday definitely as I am walking a half Marathon Sunday and want a rest day in there . Friday i will ride to the event registration and pick up some extra kms though (and My bib race shirt ...) the rest of this week i will play by ear (I took Thursday Friday off the commute because i needed the car to visit vendors and I had a lot of back pain which i want to avoid for Sunday ) I have 127km to make my goal for the month (work commute alone if i do it every day will be 141.3 so I should make it barring fatigue or needing the car at work0 -
