9/1 11 (haven't felt like doing push ups lately. and I just realized that the challenge was over as I typed that haha)
August grand total: 1331 (not counting the 11 from today).
Woot I surpassed my goal. While doing the 11 though I didn't feel like I had improved the amount of push ups I could do in one set though. Now was that because yesterday I babysat my nephew and literally felt beat up the next day? So was I just tired and not at 100% for push ups or what. I'll try tomorrow and see how many I get to before winded.1
