    I lost 2.2lbs this week! :happy: I've lost 4.2lbs this month so I'll have to give a big push and get to 5lbs by the end of the month! It definitely seems more achievable now, only 0.8lbs and I've got a full week to get there. :heart:

    Happy Friday!

    Well my weight is all over the place these days. Yesterday I was 2 pounds lighter than this morning but since this is my weigh-in day I will post that disappointing number

    July 1 is 177.8 pounds!
    July 16 178.8
    July 23 180.8 Up 3 pounds this month

    Question do you find the day after a big cardio (ran 5 miles yesterday) your weight is up the next day? I have noticed this trend because I weigh myself daily but the day after running I am always up 2 pounds from the day before.

    Not sure if I am ready to run barefoot yet either but the book Born to Run gave me some ideas to ponder.

    Amanda take care being sick is not fun.

    Those who are close to their goal keep going. 8 days to meet that 5 pound goal. I know I will not make it but I did reach the 5 mile mark on my running.

    Terri-keep on pushing through, that number will go down. I think it's probably pretty common for you to gain a bit after a long run. *hugs* I love your attitude, you are sucha great woman!

    DOWN 4 POUNDS THIS MONTH; ONLY 1 MORE TO GO!!!! :happy: :happy: :happy:

    All the more reason to 'behave' myself while I am away...

    thanks for the info. I think I remember reading that so it was good to hear that is probably why the scale jumps up!

    07/13/2010 - 81kg/178.5lb
    07/20/2010 - 80.4kg/177.25

    I check yesterday ie 07/22/2010 was 80kg/176.3lb. But its not my weigh-in day yet, so holding on to that. :)

    Weighing in at 160 today. I was upset at first but then I realized that is a 2 lb loss this week! I guess I conveniently forget about the weight I gain. :laugh:

    Kelly, yes I will be diving in Mexico. I am going to Playa del Carmen. I will dive in Cozumel and in the cenotes in Playa. I am really excited!

    Good job to everyone who lost! Keep at it to those who didn't!

    Guess I missed out on this month, but if there is a challenge for August, I would love to join...I did manage to lose this month, and I think it was right around 5 pounds....Great Job to all of you who met your goals and keep on trying to those who didn't quite get there.

    You are all so inspirational in your own way, even those of you who are having a hard time lately, it shows it happens to all of us now and then.

    July 1st- 195.5 (under 200!)
    July 7th- 197.8 (dumb 4th)
    July 16th- 187.8 (I made it to the 18Xs!!!)
    July 23rd- 185.0 (that's .3 less than my Sept 1st goal!)

    Hello Everyone, Not a good week for me.........I actually pigged out for the first time in six months:sad: on the bright side i can't believe I went for six months without binging :smile: My husband was given a huge box of chocolates for his birthday and he opened them and had just ONE, (how can he do that????) then I had .......the rest of the BOX :blushing: (over two days !!!!). The good news is that i got back on track the next day and have just about stayed the same weight :laugh: This week is Dinghy Week so lots going on with plenty of home made cakes and yummy food during the day and entertainment every night then the following week is Cowes Week so more partying oh ....and a bit of Sailing !!!! so don't think there is going to be much of a weight loss over the next two weeks lol !!!

    Happy Friday night everyone... I'm at my mom's for the weekend - should be interesting to see how the healthy eating holds up. We went to Pizza Hut for supper, and although I ate fettucine alfredo, my portion was more modest than usual. Focus, focus, focus... One more pound to meet July's goal; one more pound; one more pound...

    Thanks to all of you for all your support - I am finally at my pre-pregnancy weight!

    I'm in. I am going to be doing another challenge with my man so I hope to meet my goal weight before x mas. But we will see. This sounds fun and reasonable! :smile:

    There is only one week left in this month, just wondering how everyone is coming with their 5 pound weight loss. Will you meet it? exceed it? I hope everyone is working hard to end the month as strong as we started.
