Hey everybody I have been thinking about it for quite a few months now and I can see that quite a few people want it so from next month I am going to be making this into a group I just got to iron out a few details and then I will get the group up and running by the start of October so my details to follow and when I do have the group ready I will post the link in this thread. I can't believe how well these thread have been going I started doing these from January 2015 after the person who done it before stop doing it so check back in the next few days where I should have all the details.

Thank you for doung this!OK. I'm Cassie and I'm in for this month. I Need to not eat stuff I don't even care much about or that isn't even good. Social eating and eating out are problems. I HATE going to the grocery store and don't like to cook1

Hi everyone. I am in the same situation as Trekkiegirl so I am sooo surprised at my loss. I am not going to make my goal but I am shooting for the 5lb loss. Congrats to all those who are losing and to those who are struggling, we are in this together and we can do this. One day at a time.

Cool! Maybe some would like to share things and on here feel it is mostly supposed to just be weight posting. But would that muck up seeing just the weights? Maybe not if Saturday was just weight posting. We will have to come up with names...Yeah! You won't have to restart it every month then. You are awesome and motivating!

I lost 2 pounds this past week but don't feel well. I don't think I ate enough for all the calories I burned, to be honest. We have to listen to our bodies! Good luck to all! Don't give up!2 -
