    Sorry that I have not been posting but after I completed the challenge within the first few days it was getting hard to keep track of the new goals I had to do every few days I don't know why but before this month doing the most exercise on Monday and Wednesday when I would go swimming or gym and then the other days doing a little bit of exercise but this month I started exercising more and last time I check what was yesterday what was the 26th day of the month I had done 9 days and 14 hours of exercise.
