I’m turning into a really angry person. I’ve gained a *kitten* ton of weight in the last month and it’s adding to my anxiety, but not enough to get back to tracking and working out. I really thought I had finally got my emotional eating under control 🙄3

I had no idea what that was and I just googled it and DAMNNN lol
I'm stoked, supposed to burn 2.5x more calories, but they are probably comparing that walking lol...
If I burn the same amount of calories as running, I'll be very happy...
Plus virtually 0 impact, and it engages your core more... Great for the wife as well1
