    I’m turning into a really angry person. I’ve gained a *kitten* ton of weight in the last month and it’s adding to my anxiety, but not enough to get back to tracking and working out. I really thought I had finally got my emotional eating under control 🙄

    In the grand scheme of things... It's not going to matter much... Just keep going as long as it feels good...

    I bought a bowflex max trainer to try and save my knees... I can't *kitten* wait to get it lol...

    I'm stoked, supposed to burn 2.5x more calories, but they are probably comparing that walking lol...

    If I burn the same amount of calories as running, I'll be very happy...

    Plus virtually 0 impact, and it engages your core more... Great for the wife as well
