    Maybe it hasn't escalated enough yet? I only read the first several replies and figured I had nothing intelligent to add. Others are much more eloquent than me.

    My adorable dad just discovered youtube, well actually he just never had time to sit around but since covid.. he’s been watching all these old school Prince, Queen videos and living his best life.

    Been lifting heavier these days with my trainer buddy, he’s been merking me..

    And I see the scale going up- he keeps telling me stop worrying about the numbers but I can’t tell if it’s muscle weight or fat !!!!!

    If you cant tell dont worry, its not a significant amount or either than.

    I think, since we have about 5' of lg. intestines, scales should be adjusted to how much waste that could be.

    I'm very good at my job, but every time I get a new, unfamiliar case...I'm riddled with anxiety and self doubt. Why me?!

    I get this with every new project. Doesn't matter how many successful projects I have under my belt... It's like I think that this next one is going to be the one that reveals that I'm not capable. Imposter syndrome at its finest.

    I always get a weight spike when starting a new routine. Water weight mostly. Muscle repair. That kind of fun stuff. Give it a month before you do any course correction. Way to go for lifting! It's awesome!
