3 C it is. Clutch. Y’all feed me well.
Next time I’m hungry I’m pan frying orange roughy in cornmeal breading, fried okra, sweet cornbread, and the C was Chateau St Michelle Harvest Select Riesling.
The other proteins were…
Snapper
Cod
Catfish
And other wines-
A cab
A Merlot3 -

NFL season starts tonite - I’m always optimistic this time of year - but will likely get my heart broken once again - mindless fandom is a decent distraction 🤷♂️6

I hear that after the homefield advantage last year for Tampa Bay, the NFL has decided to play all future Superbowls in Dallas, so as to completely avoid the chance of it happening again.NFL season starts tonite - I’m always optimistic this time of year - but will likely get my heart broken once again - mindless fandom is a decent distraction 🤷♂️

Your reply got 2 Inspirings. This website...
Is that a bad thing? 🤔
Why is the quote messed up too
Nah not bad. Just made me laugh a little. I would have expected some Insightfuls but not Inspiring.
I am somewhat of a newbie on the quotes thing. Was trying to not have a lot of nested quotes and obviously did not know what I was doing 🤷♂️. The way it previews vs the way it posts are not the same. Confused me. Now I know.1 -

One of the users here reminds me in both age and mannerisms of a person I used to date... somewhat nostalgic about it, even though that relationship needed to end.
Also, recognizing that it's been nearly a year since Galaxy died. I still miss her. September marks when her brother, Magellan died. Bleh.9 -

I guess one positive thing can be said about Taco Bell: late at night when most other restaurants are closed and you have a case of the alcohol munchies, Taco Bell is still open
That's the best time to go get a Doritos Locos taco, IMO.0 -

Welp, I’m finally hungry.
Pan-fried, homemade cornmeal battered orange roughy
Fried okra
Sweet cornbread
And a Riesling.
And, a sprinkle of homemade Cajun seasoning.

It would not occur to me to serve a Riesling (or wine at all) with fried fish.
Very much an old-fashioned, shot of whisky or beer type meal.
Also, nice selection on the Riesling. It's good.1 -
How much I love my city. With only 30 min for lunch and not having been outside yet for the day, I managed to kill two birds with one stone by grabbing...
* 6 fresh bagels from the bagel shop
* 3 oz fresh mozzarella topped with basil from the Italian market attached to a resto
* roasted peppers and a lentil salad (from the same place)
...with 10 min to spare 🙌🏿
The "bagel-wich" I just made almost made me cry. What can I say: I'm a simple *kitten* 🤷🏿♀️

I would too except it wasn’t even 1300 and Am saving that for tonight if I drink tonight at all.
