My money was on it being a holder for mini USB cords to charge your phone. You know, the ones that are like 6" long? I always lose mine but this?!

Hmmm, something I've never encountered before and seemed quite unsafe. I was taking 1 of my dogs up the hill and came across one of those drains on the side of the road, without a cover. Now, I know I'm not the brightest bulb out there but that seemed pretty unsafe to me, don'cha think?? If somebody ran over it, they'd lose 1/4 of their car in it, extensive damage to be sure. Came back home and sacrificed a sawhorse to it. Just seems like a stupid thing to do, to take a cover off and leave it as is. Could trap a car, a dog, cat, maybe even a child.
I'll have to call the town tomorrow and see if anyone even knows about it. 5 -

You have to give them points for attacking a much 'bigger than them' opponent though. Years ago, one of the farmer's chickens gave me a good chase up our hill. Was not a pretty sight.4 -
