I suppose you could boil the noodles but that is a fair amount of effort for 1 serving. I think it is called Easy Mac because it can be done in the microwave and without having to add milk or water.
So, what you you are saying is the #easymac diet is not for those of us too lazy to buy a microwave? #hardmac
No what I'm saying is easy mac is designed to be made in a microwave. If you don't have a microwave but want to go on a macaroni and cheese diet than I would use the boxed macaroni and cheese. This, of course, is assuming you have a functional stove and access to a clean water source.
If you don't have that either you could always eat the noodles raw or swallow them whole (using water) like you are swallowing a pill.
Ah, raw noodles are great! So crunchy. You could save the cheese powder and sprinkle it over popcorn. #easymacdiversity11 -
Easy Mac garnished with pepper. A simple yet healthy dinner. 230 calories of a nutritious balance of high quality grains, fats and protein. #easymac1

Easy Mac day 12 in the books. Took a day off from the gym and drank some beer instead. Thankfully, the Easy Mac diet allows for that (does yours?) 1790 calories down the hatch. Looking forward to a Cowboy victory tomorrow. #easymac0

Why do you think MFP doesn't allow for beer now and then? This thread continues to baffle me.1 -

MFP is an app/website not a diet plan.7 -

I don't know why people are flagging your posts OP, but I wanted to step in and offer my support. You do you.
I believe everyone has to find a certain rhythm to their diet. I eat almost the exact same foods for breakfast and lunch from week to week. I also eat a good bit of prepackaged foods. I just can't be bothered to cook every meal from scratch or rack my brain with what should I eat.
My only concern would be the sodium content of easy mac, but honestly, I don't eat the stuff so I'm not sure if it's as high sodium as I assume it is.0 -

Trust me it isn't spam. I've had 2 servings a day now for 12 days and logged in my diary which is open for anyone to see. I'd post pics of my meals but on mobile it is not supported.1 -

After 30 days I won't post about this diet anymore. Still thinking about what to move on to. At the moment I'm leaning toward Little Caesars. It's cheap and 1 pizza every 2 days is what I'm thinking . It has to be something cheap and that can be stored easily and a food perceived as unhealthy as possible1

I doubt that it's hate. I can see how someone might perceive it as spam, however, you haven't included any links to your site where you sell the EasyMac diet (I'm not saying you have one, I highly doubt that), so it wouldn't fall under the guidelines to be flagged as spam. Newcomers don't necessarily know how the flagging system works. You can report the posts that are flagged, and ask for those to be removed by moderation, since they are inappropriately flagged.1 -

I only had 1 post removed which was a link to my Facebook. Was told that is not allowed.0 -

I didn't even notice. Providing personal information isn't allowed, but your other posts which are flagged, shouldn't be. Those flags aren't seen by moderation until they reach a certain number on a specific post. For a post to be removed, it would have been reported, which is the appropriate method of dealing with inappropriate posts. The spam flag is for spam-bots, which you aren't, and the abuse flag is for blatant abuse such as porn, hate speech, etc., which is also not your posts.3 -

I may start that when I rotate onto little Caesars. Take vid going into get pizza, etc. Different locations. Kinda do a quality comparison between the stores.1 -

Generally no, as long as it doesn't violate guidelines. I'm not sure where you would find them on the app, but there's a tab at the bottom of the website which outlines the guidelines for posting.0 -

Easy Mac with Rendezvous BBQ sauce. Another nutritious lunch knocked out. #easymac1

Well the milk bone is a fairly well preportioned snack. I hear good for the teeth and will give you nice shiny fur, seems a shame to shave so often. I would be a bit cautious about putting my actual name out there though. It is the internetz and people be crayzee.3

I have a YouTube video currently rendering which shows the difference between Easy Mac out of the little containers versus Easy Mac in the little pouches I have been getting. Long story short, you do not want the individual containers0
-
If you have the individual containers I strongly urge you to transfer them into baggies. I'll show you how in a video currently rendering. Also, you are better off buying the individual pouches off Amazon to save yourself the hassle. #easymac0
