No you don't...carbs don't have anything to do with anything...if you're in a deficit of energy, you will burn fat to make up the difference regardless of devil carbs. Keto is just one of many ways of creating and energy deficiency.

This is why you guys crack me up...really..."carbs kill" Pretty sure my lentil stew for lunch this afternoon isn't going to kill me. All of you come with the same approach that carbs are nothing but overly processed "junk" food with no nutritional value...which shows you actually lack quite a bit of nutritional knowledge...but sure...everyone should go hang out in your bubble.9 -

So are you saying you lose weight faster? What is your calorie deficit when losing weight. Does it equal the amount of weight you lose a week? This is a serious question.

No, you don't gain weight with that combo. Where does that leave avocados? Excess calories causes fat gain. If carbs fat and protein combination causes fat gain, then how the heck did I lose 100lb??
