See my post above and then come tell me about how lacking my diet is and how I'm ignoring my nutrition...
Again...all of you assume that if one is talking about IIFYM and CICO, they're just eating the SAD...it's ignorant at best. For one, to properly do IIFYM and have a reasonably good macro profile, you're not going to just be able to eat whatever...again, it's pure ignorance. And CICO is just the energy equation...if you don't believe it, then you believe in unicorns and magic then?1 -

Ok..so let's see....I had a serving of whole oats this morning with some almonds and blueberries...for lunch I'm having a very nice curried lentil stew that my wife made last night with some fresh sourdough bread and 1/2 an avocado. For my mid afternoon snack I have some almonds and cheese...my other later afternoon snack is is a cup of cottage cheese. I'm having a banana pre-workout and my whey supplement afterwards. For dinner tonight we're having a one pot Provencal cod dish...basically a tomatoey thing with onions and squashes over cod and baked in the oven...I believe we're also having some boiled new potatoes.
Please tell me more about nutrient density and how unhealthy I am and I'm going to die any day now...
Give it a rest...your assumptions...pretty much all of you guys assume that if one isn't keto that they're eating the SAD...and that's just ridiculous...you're nothing but a bunch of fear mongers with all of your "carbs are death"..."if you eat a burger with a bun you're going to get fat"...give it a rest...
Also really...you don't believe in CICO....as in the energy equation...you believe in magic then?
Also post a recipe for your lentil soup.
Also, here's the fish I'm making tonight if you're into that kind of thing...I'm adding some zuchini and yellow squash though to give it a little bulk...
