No matter what you eat, we are all going to die one day.

That's so Gothic coming from you. :) I imagine you have dollar signs in your eyes right now. :)

Nah, I see midnight death calls and death certificates to file. I also wonder how difficult it would be to wire some peoples mouths shut.

I live in Italy--carb heaven. Alot of thin people walking around.

that is because they are "walking around"

People in Italy aren't just eating and walking around

They're probably doing the nasty and makin' babies too.

Lol. Of all the stupid things to say. Italians are thin because they're walking around. Their days just consists of pasta and 5ks. They've got nothing else going on in their lives. Stupid

    I don't know what I was thinking.

Not you silly, the person I was quoting before

Gotta save my calories for pasta

But wouldn't your body naturally produce alcohol?

Maybe the split is vertical (see what I did there?) and like one boob is Italian and the other is Scotch Irish!

Where you can live in your own little bubble...

Where we avoid the trolls that preach CICO and IIFYM but don't care about nutrient density and the effects high levels of blood glucose and insulin has not only on your weight loss progress but other health factors.

    Nutrient density...

Ok..so let's see....I had a serving of whole oats this morning with some almonds and blueberries...for lunch I'm having a very nice curried lentil stew that my wife made last night with some fresh sourdough bread and 1/2 an avocado. For my mid afternoon snack I have some almonds and cheese...my other later afternoon snack is is a cup of cottage cheese. I'm having a banana pre-workout and my whey supplement afterwards. For dinner tonight we're having a one pot Provencal cod dish...basically a tomatoey thing with onions and squashes over cod and baked in the oven...I believe we're also having some boiled new potatoes.

Please tell me more about nutrient density and how unhealthy I am and I'm going to die any day now...

Give it a rest...your assumptions...pretty much all of you guys assume that if one isn't keto that they're eating the SAD...and that's just ridiculous...you're nothing but a bunch of fear mongers with all of your "carbs are death"..."if you eat a burger with a bun you're going to get fat"...give it a rest...

Also really...you don't believe in CICO....as in the energy equation...you believe in magic then?

This is the one my wife made last night...

I also really like this one...

    http://lifemadesimplebakes.com/2016/02/tuscan-lentil-soup/

but my wife has to be in the mood for sausage...wait...that didn't come out right...

This one's pretty good too...but the other two are better IMO...

I'm worried for your life now having eaten all of those carbs today. Make sure you post again tomorrow and let us know if you made it thru the night.
