60 lbs down here, (175->115) and maintaining for 6+ months. So many inspiring posts on here!

Yes but not to bad, especially considering how fast I lost the weight and it is starting to tighten up since I have slowed way down. Hopefully that continues. Either way, it is much better than all the fat I was carrying before.7 -

Yep (after losing over 120 lbs, it was kind of unavoidable). Here's some pics of mine:43 -

WOW.... AMAZING!!8 -
Ive slacked off this year so far and I told myself I would not do that. Since Jan 1 I have lost only 15 lbs. My goal this year is to lose 100 lbs and I am sticking with that so 34 weeks and 85 lbs to go that makes 2.36 lbs per week. I know I can do this. These pics were the inspiration I needed to get back on track7

Here are my progress photos from November of 2016 to Feb/March of 2017.
I am currently slowly adding back some lean mass using a measured approach with the primary aid of MFP and full body workouts, limited cardio, fitbit readings, and a willingness to make changes when/if necessary.

Dropped the weight in about 8 months but still had a high body fat (around 18%) because I lost all the weight with cardio (cycling) and didn't strength train. A mistake looking back. It took another 12-15 months to drop from 18% to 7% using the recomp mind set. Ate around maintenance focusing on protein and fiber and luckily found out I love lifting so that became my priority. So all in all, just over 2 years.11 -

Thanks man. I appreciate the feedback. I'm pretty much on the same track. I crushed the cardio for 6 months solid and brought my weight down 70 pounds. Now I'm on the road to adding back lean mass and getting that BF% down to the lower teens. I'm not going into single digits, but it's going to be awhile before I get to where I want to be. Patience and consistency. Examples like you show me it can be done!5 -
@JustKen74 this is awesome man. Basically what I am hoping for my starting weight was 415 but I think that I have been closer to the 450 at some point in my life and lost some of the weight without even knowing it because I was not weighing myself.2

So far. Just a little more to go. I'm estimating 15 more pounds but I'll see when I get there.

Left: me, just turned 26, around 220lbs. Right: me, 28, today, 149lbs. I'm also 5'10, for reference.
I'm not a complete story yet but with 70lbs/20.9% BF lost, I'm working on it (recomp).37 -
69 lost, 25 left to go!
