So my June kind of fell apart. I didn't keep the consistency I was planning - but July is a new month and I'm going BEAST MODE! Thank you @MiamiSeoul - this is so helpful!0

I don't know what happened with my MFP logging record, but July 1, 2016 is the day I began to work on becoming a healthier & happier person. I've spent the last 10 years yo-yoing & my body, mind & spirit paid the price. 2016 started like this:
1/1/2016 OSW: 233 (the heaviest I've ever been; prior to having children & two marriages, I typically weighed between 112-125 pounds)
4/15/2016 Stomach virus; couldn't eat for almost a week
6/17/2016 Two week flu; not really eating much
7/1/2016 MFP SW: 223 (I include the above info because I think losing the 10 pounds really made me feel better - I could actually see a difference & that motivated me to start & be serious about losing this weight for good.
I didn't think about taking pictures or measurements until August, so this is the only photo I have from day 1. I was up & out for my first 5a.m. walk; I think I walked a mile, maybe two.

This photo was taken Easter 2016.
The photo in the black was taken on my wedding anniversary, 11/27/16. The other photo was taken two years ago.
This photo was taken this past Easter (2017).
No surgery. No pills. No shots. No shakes. No teas. No fads. The difference this time was that I was ready. I was sick & tired of being sick & tired. I didn't jump in gung-ho. I started by just logging & drinking my water. The next month I added a little exercise. The next month I discovered the Biggest Loser Challenge, the Amazing Race Challenge & the Ultimate Accountability Challenge. This challenge I actually inherited. I found it in August or September 2016 & the person who was moderating disappeared. I've been putting it together ever since.
My first goal was ONEderland which I met on 9/15/16.
My goal for 7/1/17 was 160 & my last weigh-in I was 162.2. Didn't hit it, but I will
Now that I'm here, I want to go for 10 more & see how I feel. After that, who knows? I can tell you this, I am never losing control of my health again - NEVER!
You can do this.
You WILL do this.

hi, I would like to recommit for July, I am in for the guts and glutes, arm challenge and the daily workout challenge. Can you please post the daily workout challenge again? it looks like friday and Sat of the daily workout challenge got cut off as they have less exercises. Thanks1

I'm in again...but....
I'm currently awaiting knee surgery so can't do many of the new challenges. So I'm sticking to the waist trainer- starting where I left off on day 22. Adding in 30 X bridge, working up to 60. Starting with 30sec normal and side plank (both sides). Might have a go at the arm challenge .... just got to work out how to fit it in.1 -
Just looked more carefully at the arm challenge....I can't even do 2 push ups and day 1 starts with 5

I chose to do the 10 week work out plan! Yesterday was good; I got locked out of my house while doing this outside. But, I was able to finish Monday! Just finished today as well! My thighs are killing me though!
