hi, I would like to recommit for July, I am in for the guts and glutes, arm challenge and the daily workout challenge. Can you please post the daily workout challenge again? it looks like friday and Sat of the daily workout challenge got cut off as they have less exercises. Thanks1

Day 1: triceps dips and butt lift challenge completed ✔1

Up post midnight again...day 2 guts and glutes and tricep dips complete. Bound and determined to stay on top of it this month. I think I can, I think I can!!3

I'm in again...but....
I'm currently awaiting knee surgery so can't do many of the new challenges. So I'm sticking to the waist trainer- starting where I left off on day 22. Adding in 30 X bridge, working up to 60. Starting with 30sec normal and side plank (both sides). Might have a go at the arm challenge .... just got to work out how to fit it in.1 -
Just looked more carefully at the arm challenge....I can't even do 2 push ups and day 1 starts with 5
I might have to rethink!1 -

I chose to do the 10 week work out plan! Yesterday was good; I got locked out of my house while doing this outside. But, I was able to finish Monday! Just finished today as well! My thighs are killing me though!

I am loving the star jumps, though not a fan of the yoga stances. I'm the most inflexible person in the world!
