    Wednesday 1/2+ 10WWP + Day 2 G&G + Day 2 Triceps + Day 2 Arms + Day 2 Plank. Off to clean my purse. Hopefully I have a winning lottery ticket in there somewhere ;)

    Went swimming yesterday. I think I'm going to hit the challenge every other day until my body fully recovers. Plus I have a serious case of DOMS. My thighs forgot there are muscles there :#

    YEAH!!!

    @MiamiSeoul I've had wrist problems for years. I used a different type bench today where my wrists were quite as bent so a little better. I do each day in sets so I rest in between and do something else to give them a break. thank you for your concern and motivation!!!

    Decided to update every Friday instead of every day.

    Day 3 - 10 WWP and plank challenge
    Day 4 - Only plank challenge
    Day 5 - 10 WWP and plank challenge
    Day 6 - 10 WWP and plank challenge
    Day 7 - 10 WWP and plank challenge
    Day 8 - 10 WWP (won't do plank challenge or any arm exercises; somewhat of a rest day for arms)
    Day 9 - Rest
    Day 10 - Rest
    Day 11 - 10 WWP and plank challenge
    Day 12 -10 WWP and plank challenge
    Day 13 - 10 WWP and plank challenge
    Day 14 -10 WWP and plank challenge

    This workout gets better over time. I think Tuesdays are my favorite.

    40+ minutes Day 3 30DC + 20+ minutes stretching (Saturday 10WWP + Day 3 G&G + Day 3 Triceps + Day 3 Arms + Day 3 Plank)

    Yesterday I did nada. Thursday I found "Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Five Parks Yoga on YouTube. I almost died, made it through about half, but I think I like her better than Yoga with Adrienne! She's awesome!

    Going to a surprise proposal BBQ for my younger cousin this afternoon, YEAH!!! <3<3<3
