    Well that's going to be it for me for August, taking tomorrow off to relax and start "re-carbing/re-feeding" for Saturday's 5k. I did pretty well, beat last August in every way except for mileage:

    I won't be participating in September as my "bulk" season begins so volume/time will take a drastic drop, congrats to everyone who met their goal this month and good luck to all next month as well as the coming months :smile:

    August 5 - 121.00 km (382.11 min) cycling outside ... hilly and strenuous partially gravel ride. Tough tough ride.
    August 6 - 1.6 km (20.00 min) walking
    August 7 - 5.20 km (65 min) walking + 5 flights of stairs (4 min)

    Blech ... ill. Coughing, sore throat, no voice ...

    OK. I have 34h 27m. I need to do 2h 33m tomorrow to get to my goal of 37 hours! I don't think I'll be able to, but we'll see... :grimace::grey_question:
