Well that's going to be it for me for August, taking tomorrow off to relax and start "re-carbing/re-feeding" for Saturday's 5k. I did pretty well, beat last August in every way except for mileage:
I won't be participating in September as my "bulk" season begins so volume/time will take a drastic drop, congrats to everyone who met their goal this month and good luck to all next month as well as the coming months
