My Friday morning shopping run, less time spent waiting in line, etc. 2 hours 10 minutes
I'm on a committee that puts together potluck Friday night meals when a family has had a new arrival and I walked to deliver a salad. 1 hour, 23 minutes.
AND today was a strength-training day so 11 minutes of stretches and 60 minutes actual strength training.
