    Blech ... ill. Coughing, sore throat, no voice ...

    I think I completed one of these challenges in the first two weeks of August. Sorry if I didn't get the format together.

    P.S.: The 'fitness equipment' is strength training, split between powerlifting and circuit training. 'Other' is martial arts, mostly Muay Thai. The rest is triathlon-related.
