24 Hours of Exercise per Month Challenge - AUGUST 2017

Here's the 24 hour challenge thread for AUGUST. Let's do it again!! And welcome to any newcomers!
The goal is to accomplish at least 24 hours of exercise during the month.(MORE IS GREAT) Any type of activity that you would log in your exercise diary counts (both cardio and strength training) ~ walking, running, paddling, biking, swimming, gardening, weight training, dancing, HIIT, aerobics, elliptical, rowing, circuit training, stretching, etc. You get the idea.
For you BEASTS out there (you know who you are), if you want to do more, just post your personal goal that is over the baseline challenge goal.
And for anyone who wants to join part of the way through, just post a comparable goal to finish out the month (for example, joining half way through, post a goal of 12 hours).
There is no group for this and no private messages needed. No fancy spreadsheets either, just report your running totals here in the thread.

I'm in, never done a challenge before I'm really looking forward to it! 24hours of treadmill is my aim!7

I'm in! I'll be starting from almost zero, and I have an injury, so I'm not going to be getting ripped or anything, but I need to start logging my activity and setting intentions. Unfortunately I broke my toe a few weeks ago, so walking (my favourite exercise!) is out for the first couple of weeks. Any ideas on what kind of activities I can do from home without putting weight on my right foot would be very welcome!1

I'm new & I'm in. Hard to lose weight only with limiting calories. Not up for hard work up though.2

I'm new to this but I'm in!! My goal is 24 hours of running. I started a weight loss journey April 1st after spending the holidays in a life or death health problem. I vowed to lose 100 pounds in a year. I've lost 40 but want to add running so this challenge will be good for me.5

Total determined! I'm trying to equal or surpass 79 hours! (And tomorrow being a religious fast day, I don't think I'll be doing much more than the 20 minutes of walking to and from synagogue...)2 -
I'm in. Total for 1st month trying was 16.7 hours. I'm going to set goal for August as 18 hours and hope for more!1

I'm slow out of the gate this time, because today was a fast day on the Jewish calendar and we're talking total fast, not even water allowed. So under those conditions?
20 minutes walking (to and from synagogue).
