    I walk between 10-20,000 steps per day, plus I do lots of gardening so I won't count either.

    So, I have to take it a bit easier than normal currently because I just had dental surgery, so I'm sticking to less physically strenuous exercise that don't have any jarring of the mouth area.

    August 12th- 40 minutes walking, 5 minutes strength training
