I've got me a Trophywife, I damn sure do.
she just rolls her eyes when I call her that.
I told her: "It's either, 'trophywife' or 'me and my old lady', it's your choice."
her reply: "why not just call me by my name?"
"pfft, where's the fun in that??"
But you can call her a different name every night and it will be like a brand new woman each time.
she once, a few years ago, received a piece of mail addressed to: "Jodi P. (last name)".
Jodi is not her last name. In fact, it's not even close.
Sometimes I'll still call her 'Jodi' or 'Jodi-P' . .... she's not amused.
Haha, she would not last a day in my house.0 -

there's only so many brown m&m's you can eat before one day you say "*kitten* it! i want a red one"
I once had an old girlfriend call me by the wrong name. She called me "Jeff".
My name isn't Jeff and isn't anywhere close to Jeff.
Now, some fellas might be taken aback or miffed by being called by the wrong name, but that's the wrong attitude to take.
I took it as an invitation to try some remarkably raunchy and somewhat kinky acts with her.
When she protested, I simply replied: "Don't blame me, blame Jeff; those were all of his ideas, not mine."
My husband has the worst memory in the world. Sometimes I like to mess with him and go " No honey, wrong wife, that wasn't me( he's only been married once)".
He goes " oh yeah my bad, now I remember it was the blonde one ( I am not blonde)"2 -

I'm not here to cheat but just because I'm on a diet doesn't mean I can't still look at the menu! LoL Just check in and see who's looking!
This just screams gross.
Let me guess...you've "innocently" messaged women on here to tell them how beautiful they are and only friend request females...bc nothing says "devoted husband" like a shirtless pic and a post checking to see who else wants to be emotionally unfaithful to their spouse.
What do devoted husbands wear on their pics?
Tattooed wedding band.
My husband says he gets hit on more when he wears his wedding band.
Two things come to mind to me about this
1) People who are "taken" must have something desirable about them, there is a certain attractiveness about that even if you don't know what it is
2) It's "safe" to flirt with a person who is in a relationship...it won't be taken as seriously, It's kinda like me flirting with a girl...it's just in good fun
I think there's some truth to this. Maybe I should start wearing my old wedding ring and see if I get hit on. I have people say to me all the time "how can you be single???", like there's something wrong with me because I'm single.
I don't know if it works the same for us women. I don't wear my wedding ring, but I don't know if it made a difference when I used to wear it.
I got hit on all the time when I was married. I think it's "safe" flirting. They know they don't have much of a chance
Will you please hurry up and find someone so I can hit on you? I'm not getting any younger here.
No pressure or anything. I guess I'll go write my Tinder profile now.0 -

But on a serious note, yeah if she doesn't know about it , and it's intentional flirting , it's cheating ... lol I'm married . Iv had my trust issues with my husband online. But I always know that I myself will do right by my vows... if I wouldn't do it in front of my husband then I wouldn't do it at all.. I'm too honest with him though to even think of cheating3

Flirty can't be cheating. What if a person is naturally charming like myself?1

"innocent flirting" often leads to more in most cases, seen it happen so many times.
If my partner was on the internet flirting I would feel betrayed and I sure as hell would not do that to him, MFP is to help with weight issues and give support, not to find people to get your rocks off with, I really dislike it when people get in my IMs trying to flirt with me, its creepy, in my opinion if your married and feel the need to find people to flirt with then your obviously not happy so talk to your wife about it, spice things up between the two of you or go to porn hub and jerk one out like most married men do. Just because its online, there is intent there so at the end of the day its still cheating plain and simple.1 -

Nope. I don't do it, and don't quite understand why anyone would if they're married/with a SO. Although I can only speak about my own relationship. To each their own.2

Being married and flirting. Like it's okay if you have admirers or whatever but when you step it up a notch and are flirting knowing your spouse would not be okay with it, if your spouse is okay with it, do your thing. But if she or he doesn't know or you gotta hide it, it's cheating.3
