It seems like each decade/period of time has some health thing that is all the rage and then later people roll their eyes at it. What do you think this decades will be?

Sugar is the enemy?
HAAS?
Protein shakes/supplements?

Don't think that one's gonna die for a while

I forgot about ACV. A friend of mine was trying to convince we to drink a tablespoon of it each morning. Bleck

Too many to list. Find the magazine section at the checkout of any drug store chain, and there are probably 20 or 30 types of health related woo being promoted at any one time.

    VEGANISM.
People are insane when it comes to believing sensationalized documentaries on Netflix *cough* WTH *cough*, blogs, etc. MEAT IS THE DEVIL. ITS FULL OF TOXINS.

Also, detoxes, and anti-GMO BS. Sigh.

Veganism because of that documentary is ridiculous. There are people who have genuine ethical reasons for being vegans who also think that documentary is complete bunkum.

I think the two should be thought of separately.

Of course. I'm vegan-ish and I think it's complete *kitten*. But there are also people that follow and preach vegan diets that justify it with "meat is causing cancer" or "meat makes you fat". I guess my frustration makes more sense if I had also stated that I follow a veg*n diet.
