    My goodness, the time slipped up on me! I didn't realize that it was the start of round 22 already! Anyway, I ended this round lighter than I started. So without farther ado, it's on to the next goal! I've got plenty more weight I need to discard! To say I lost it indicates it was a mistake, but when I say I discarded it, everyone knows I did it on purpose!

    11/10: 213.5
    Got on up this morning and went to exercise. Changing up my routine to include the elliptical. I want to start weight training, but I think that will me one of my targets for the New Year! If I can make it through Thanksgiving and Christmas and still come out no more than 205 lbs., I will consider it a super victory! That's my plan anyway! Got to increase the exercise; that's for sure!

    Didn't realize I forgot to post my weight yesterday; spent the last hour looking for yesterday's post to copy! Took me a while of going back and forth to realize it just wasn't there! :o I've never done that before. I worked yesterday, and it's been a while since I worked on a Saturday. I will start on my 2 week vacation on the 19th, so I've been trying to make a little extra spending money! B) Will be working more hours next week too, but not on Saturday!

    Had a bad night last night trying to get used to my C-Pap machine! It fit great the first two nights, but last night it was so uncomfortable. I was so tired this morning, I didn't get up until it was almost time for me to go to work. We are really getting busy now - back to back phone calls - and it's not even black Friday yet. Thank God I won't be working Black Friday; I'll still be on vacation.

    Slept good! Got my exercise in! Seem to be having trouble getting my 12 glasses of water in each day! I think the time change threw me off!

    Don't know what's happening? Missed a couple of exercise sessions this week, and had a couple (3) functions that involved eating out, but I thought I handled them well. At the church Thanksgiving potluck, everything I ate was low carb except 1 small piece of pecan pie! At the monthly ladies meeting, I only ate meat and cheese except for 1 small piece of pumpkin coffee cake! Last but not least, at small group I ate greens, chopped steak w/o gravy, and deviled eggs! I am practicing self control for Thanksgiving dinner! No matter, I still plan on moderate eating during the holidays! On to round 23!!

    Well, I had a bad week of maintaining goals because of an auto accident. In addition, my pelvic girdle pain is becoming more constant, I’m scaling back almost entirely on walks and starting in the pool this week.

    Pregnant & gaining average 1lb per week. Goals: hydration, vitamins, balanced macros, toning exercise daily.

    11/9 159.5 surprised myself with great macros & nutrients. Added organic pomegranate juice to my water, some flavour & vitamins. Sore pelvis from a little activity- went pretty much straight to bed after a short mall excursion. Sigh.
    11/10 160.7 So tired. Went out to socialize. Toning exercise? Ha.

    11/12 162.4 can’t handle full meals anymore. Trying to eat more often, but remembering to snack instead of nap is hard work.

    11/14 158.3 added more sugar to the diet and iron pills, energy had levelled up again. The weight seems almost like my scale is a jokester- my body composition has definitely changed.
    11/15 160.5 We had 15cm of snow today. With a double-wide driveway to shovel, that counts as toning exercise.
    11/16 163.8 Holy growth trend. Is this finally it - nothing but up now? More snow today, more shovelling.
    11/17 161.7 maybe not a growth trend. It’s actually nice to be taking this slow, and since I’ve cut out most activity the last two weeks, I could be on just a muscle-loss/fattening trend without bump growth.
    11/18 161.1 on my feet all day moving furniture & the new wood flooring packages for the house. Low on protein, but also low sugar and really high fibre. Saw stars at the dog park, need to remember to pack water and some sweets with me everywhere now, don’t want to chance fainting. I can’t believe I have gone 4 rounds now! Average up only +2 over 40 days. Maybe my doc was right and I’ll have one big jump in the next 6 weeks; this has been much less weight gain than expected even when I’m become less active.

    11/11 155.6 I'm good with this. Hopefully I'll still make it back down.
    11/12 156.4 Having trouble since Friday afternoon. The gain makes sense since I haven't been dieting or exercising.

    11/14 158.2 Yikes! I'm going the wrong way! I dieted successfully yesterday, and got more exercise!!! Must be the buildup of the last few days............

    late joiner for R22, but did 2 rounds earlier this year.

    R15: start 60.9

    R22: start 60.5 - goal 59.9 would be great!

    11/14 - 60.0 - good diet, proteins at lunch, an apple as snack, salad (with bread) in the evening
    11/15 - 59.6 - Yoopeee! It's been a long time since I saw a 5 at the beginning of my weight! Ran 6km on the treadmill yesterday, ate well (proteins at lunch, apple snack, salad in the evening) Hope to keep the weight as long as possible and even go lower!
    11/16 - 59.1 - This is so strange! 1.4kg in 3 days does not look a healthy, but I ate well and did not starve myself at all. Probably it's all the time that I worked at 60 kg that did not drop at all, but I am super happy to stick to the 59s!
    11/17 - 60.1 - Strange again! Maybe yesterday I eliminated a lot of water through sweating and now I am back
    11/18 - 60.2

    -0.3 in this round. Still good. Hope to stick to 59s in the next round.

    11/18 161 this has been a tough 10 days….sprained ankle, skinned up knee, cold also and just plain feeling miserable and didn’t finish tracking calories most of the last 5 days for sure. My ankle still isn’t healed and it wasn’t that bad of a sprain, I just want to get more active…..whine, whine, whine…sorry about that folks.
    I am so glad that I found these challenges, that got me back to tracking/logging food and calories and more aware….THANKS and I plan to move onto the next round and certainly hope for better from myself!

    11/09 - 144.8 :)/Went out for dinner today. Had to estimate calories. Also eating out and drinking tomorrow.
    11/10 - 145.2 :neutral:/It happens. I had quite a few drinks and unable to properly log today.
    11/11 - 144.6 :)/Well, that's a nice number. Ate under calories today. Brunch and drinks happening tomorrow...
    11/12 - 145.8 :(/How the cookie crumbles. Ate poorly today...brunch, mimosa, desserts and movie popcorn.
    11/13 - 145.0 :neutral:/Surprised it went down. Ate 200 over calories today but still under maintenance.
    11/14 - 145.2 :(/Seeing the 144s again this round may be difficult. Today was fine (not enough protein though). I did the first workout from Strong (updated version of New Rules of Lifting for Women). Have a bunch of food-related events coming up that I know will derail my eating efforts that I cannot avoid. Usually there's one or two social events that I can manage and lose weight but with the holidays, it is jam packed!
    11/15 - 144.4 :)/Well, that was a surprise. Ate within calories and went swimming. Bracing myself for unhealthy food situations coming up this weekend.
    11/16 - 143.8 :open_mouth:/Super nice to see but it's not here to stay. Ate two slices of pizza, M&Ms and a lot of tasting as I baked for the dessert potluck tomorrow. Did second workout from Strong. Did not like it as much. The moves didn't seem natural.
