24 Hours of Exercise per Month Challenge - MARCH 2018

Here's the 24 hour challenge thread for MARCH. Let's do it again!! And welcome to any newcomers!
The goal is to accomplish at least 24 hours of exercise during the month.(MORE IS GREAT) Any type of activity that you would log in your exercise diary counts (both cardio and strength training) ~ walking, running, paddling, biking, swimming, gardening, weight training, dancing, HIIT, aerobics, elliptical, rowing, circuit training, stretching, etc. You get the idea.
For you BEASTS out there (you know who you are), if you want to do more, just post your personal goal that is over the baseline challenge goal.
And for anyone who wants to join part of the way through, just post a comparable goal to finish out the month (for example, joining half way through, post a goal of 12 hours).
There is no group for this and no private messages needed. No fancy spreadsheets either, just report your running totals here in the thread.

I'm in. I hit 30 hours in Feb thanks to a fitness challenge (extra group fitness classes available) at the gym, so let's aim for 30 again in March!2

Havent decided on how much time im gonna shoot for.... Feb was a busy month!2

February Highlights:
- 200 km Randonnee (timed long distance bicycle ride)... actually 215 km completed within the time limit of 13- 1/2 hours with almost an hour to spare. So it ended up taking us 12 hours and 35 min.
- February Century - my 14th in a row. We've been cycling one 100-mile ride each month for the past 14 months. This was also the 200 km ride mentioned above ... two birds ...
- 57 Hours and 35 Minutes of exercise! Better than my last couple years!
- Over 700 km of cycling outside. My goal for this was actually 600 km, so 700 km is great!
- A 5-day cycling tour in Victoria
- Finished my 7th University Course, my 3rd of the particular level I'm hoping to complete soon, and started my 8th Uni Course, and the 4th and last one of the particular level I'm working on.

Looking Forward into March 2018:
My goal for March 2018 is something over my March 2016 total.
As it happens, March is shaping up to be insanely busy. I continue to work full time. I will be in the thick of another university course. And we've got more rides coming up than I actually feel comfortable with ... and we're organising and riding 2 of them! This means that I've got to get busy and finish organising them this weekend. I've also started stepping up my training. Sleep? What's sleep?

Im in again. Didn't hit my 56 hours last month because I'm moving into some weight lifting and I went a little overboard and needed some recovery time for the last 3 or 4 days. 31 days in march, so I'm going for 62 hours.

Sounds interesting. I am aiming for 4hrs/week of water workouts. This is just a little more. And that is the idea. Pushing just a little further.3

This is a great idea, JDM! Reading some of the replies... some of y’all are animals! Awesome job! I’m in! As of now, I work out around 20 hours a month. Will shoot for 25. Let’s get it!4
