    Tad bit late to the game, but I'm in! I'm going to go for the 24hours as well. I now need to step up my game--which I could use! (thank you runkeeper for keeping track of my activities)

    3/1: 15 mins running 20 mins weights
    3/2: 37 minutes elliptical
    3/3: 30 mins biking
    3/4: 25 mins running

    I’m in! A little late, but I’ve already got some hours in. My goal is 40 hours!
    03/01- 1 hour cycling, 15 mins yoga
    03/02- 1 hour cycling, 1 hour yoga, 20 mins climbing (ascending rock and stretching)
    03/03- 10 mins yoga, 30 mins cycling
    03/04-
    4 hours 15 mins/40 hours

    I’m in, bit late but I’ve had a crazy busy few days! Last month my total was 44 hours... this month I'm aiming for 40 hours!

    1st: 1 hour of walking
    2nd: 1 hour of walking
    3rd: 1 hour 30 mins of exercise bike
    4th 1 hour 30 mins of exercise bike

    Total: 5 hours
