    I really need to step up my game with this, hopefully I can get on the bike for a little bit this afternoon yet.

    I'm in. I hit 30 hours in Feb thanks to a fitness challenge (extra group fitness classes available) at the gym, so let's aim for 30 again in March!

    March 1: 60 minutes circuit training
    March 2: 60 minutes BodyPump, 35 minutes elliptical
    March 3: 60 minutes BodyPump, 60 minutes kickboxing
    March 4: 25 minutes elliptical, 60 minutes yoga/stretching
    March 5: 60 minutes circuit training
    March 6: 60 minutes BodyPump
    March 7: 55 minutes circuit training
    WEEK 1: 535 minutes --- 8.9 hours

    March 8: 15 minutes walking
    March 9: 60 minutes BodyPump, 35 minutes elliptical
    March 10:

    March 12:
    March 13
    March 14
    WEEK 2: 110 minutes --- 1.8 hours

    TOTAL: 645 / 1,800 minutes --- 10.75 / 30 hours
