30 min spin class
Friday 3/2 = 45 min yoga
36 min running
Monday 3/3 = 50 min spin class
Wednesday 3/7 = 40 min yoga
First weeks total = 291 minutes or 4 hours and 51 minutes
Thursday 3/8 = 45 min yoga, 20 min on treadmill (killing time before spin class), 30 min spin
Friday 3/9 = 24 min running
Saturday 3/10 = 50 min spin
Sunday 3/11 = 60 min yoga
Monday 3/12 = 50 min spin
Tuesday 3/13 = 36 min running
Total = 315 minutes or 5 hours and 15 minutes
