    I work a desk job M-F & take hourly stairs breaks (3 floors). My goal is average 12,000 steps / day. I'm a walker, not a runner. Next race 6/9/18 10K. Workplace Step Challenge 4/16 - 8/31 & prizes at halfway point + end for top 30 women = I want a prize!

    Doing a weekend step challenge, so a good day yesterday. Will be hard to get them all in today, due to the need to spend a few hours working at the computer, and attending a course, but will do my best!

    This year I committed to making healthier decisions. I have been pretty consistent with food choices & eating better, but not the best at consistency with exercise. However this week, I committed to ensuring I take a Morning Walk everyday (except for Thursday due to an appointment I had which took quite a while). I am also committed to trying to incorporating other workouts as well & hopefully will be able to successfully join a gym this month, so that I can start taking group classes to not only get a workout in, but also meet new people who will hold me accountable & encourage me to remain consistent on this Health and Wellness Jounrey!!

    I did achieve over 10,000 steps yesterday!! I would honestly like to hit 10K & above everyday, or at least every other day (at minimum).

    Doing a Fitbit challenge, so made sure to get heaps of steps in. However, that involved a walk, during which I seem to have hurt the arch of my foot. Resting now... hope it improves for tomorrow!
