Oh God, seafood. Marinated tentacles. Shrimp cocktails. Breaded, fried, fresh seafood galore, with tzatziki and lemon. Salmon and salmon roe. And tuna steak.

Beef, grass-fed, either fresh or salt-cured. Steak tartare at least once a week.

All the Roquefort, matured cheddar, pecorino romano, buffalo mozzarella and goat cheese in the world.

Lindt chocolate, salt, 90 and 99%.

If I were to buy groceries with my taste buds, I'd burn through my salary in less than a week.

    Get out of my dreams!!!!

Ahhhh come on, you know we could share this :)

How about we share two, each with a nice ristretto

And yes, same opinion on truffles. Now Belgian noir truffles... that's a different story.

Steak, lobster, salmon, sushi, Chinese takeout. We eat at home 80-90% and most of the things I'm too exhausted to make, I'd add to the menu! Stop! Now I'm hungry!

A sushi chef, and a sushi conveyor belt installed in my new fancy house.

Lots of smoked salmon, smoked trout, smoked eel and other smoked fish.

A lot of of my lottery winnings would also be spent on visiting good restaurants around the world.

I think I’d need to set some of the money aside for a personal trainer to counterbalance all the eating!

On alternate days of the week, an itamae (sushi chef) and an old-school/traditional cocinera (Mexican chef).

I second the private home chef. I don't find any food to be out of my price range to eat regularly, but this also because I can't cook. If I could, bring on the Wagyu.

Going with the personal chef myself

I'm going with a personal chef too

I would eat a lot more seafood like crab and lobster, I already eat salmon and tilapia and occasionally shrimp. Tuna is my go to though because it's cheaper lol Seafood is my fav and it's healthy. Plus I don't like it fried at all so baked or grilled it is.

You know its out of reach when you dont even know the proper spelling :)
Also, very VERY over rated. Even more so than the truffle mushrooms.

1 auto correct. 2 kinda rude. Since I likely typed Kolbe. It's very much not out or reach i just can't justify spending $100+ on a steak when the grassfed butcher down the street serves incredible cuts.

For me - Sushi bowls every day, big fresh scallops, and a large assortment of cheeses. Also in for high-end alcohol options.

For spouse - I wish I could afford to buy her more local free-range meat products. I dont eat most animals, and I do all of the cooking, so she does not really get many chances to eat meat. If I could afford to buy local free-range I would be more comfortable cooking it for her, and I'm sure she would be thrilled.

OMG how did I forget about bison!? I love bison burgers! I recently saw bison dogs at the store. They were over $2 a dog. I really wanted to try them. Maybe if they go on sale...

Grass fed tenderloin done right on a rill to med-rare and trust me, that fatty overgrown Kobe beef does not come close.

    Again auto-correct? ;)
And ppl tend to flag posts for really no reason at all.

I've never had tenderloin done right on a rill.

I’d still eat only plant foods, but it would all be organic, locally sourced and cooked by someone other than me.

If you read what i said. "Auto correct I likely accidentally typed Kolbe" do you get it now? It's a big one.
