    Status: Avg wt 165.9 down 2.5lbs from June’s!! Achieved July 20!
    & Achieve average wt for August of 164.4

    2. Average step goal for July > 8K
    Status: Step avg for July is now 8,995!!!!

    3. 10-day trend moving avg decreasing or maintaining for July!
    Status: 25/26 ||||| ||||| ||||| ||||| ||||| (July 26 had extenuating circumstances.)

    4. Lengthen BMI Streak < 24.9 (Normal)
    Status: 16 days ||||||| ||||||| ||

    Next Mini-Goal: Get BMI to 24.4; weigh163 by my 1,000th day (Sept 27) 1.8 lbs to go!

    Plan to reach this goal:
    -NO EATING OUT AT ALL IN THE NEXT 10 DAYS EVEN IF IT'S "HEALTHY"
    -Pre-plan the night before and make sure you have all of your ingredients at home and follow through.
    -Workout at least 3 times a week (Goal of running at least 4 minutes straight at 6.5 mph)

    Welcome, @1991court! I only occasionally set goal weights and I always miss them by a mile, either way low or way high. Obviously, I am NOT the expert on goal weights! :lol:

    That has been me this past weekish! That's why I am mad at my start weight lol. Hoping this will push me a bit!
