    7/27 135.5 The aftermath of sitting in a car for 2 days. As I have said before, it takes 2 or 3 days for my food and activities to be reflected on the scale.

    @denswrex @quiltingjaine Another vote here for tracking those 10 day averages. Doing that REALLY helped me see progress, lose concern about the standard +-2.5 pounds thing that my body likes to do, and understand and SEE when in maintenance I really had a gain going on, versus when it was just the standard ups and downs in my graph.

    @jerier hugs to you. It is hard to stop the ocean liner when it is headed for the iceberg... And hard to change direction when your mates are so used to listener-you. Take care of yourself, maybe think in terms of paring it down to the very least you have to do for anyone until you are more restored? It's frustrating but sometimes necessary to ask repeatedly for what you want and need, habits of venting with a particular person die hard.
