    Joining in a little late... I've been trying to increase my cardio (I prefer weights/pilates), so this might help keep me committed & accountable :) I work from home, so my workouts are spread over the day.

    10/1 - 30 treadmill, 15 elliptical, 30 free & body weights, 40 reformer pilates = 115
    10/2 - 20 treadmill, 15 elliptical, 50 free & body (trainer), 20 free & body (self), 30 reformer = 135
    10/3 - rest
    10/4 - 20 treadmill, 15 elliptical, 50 free & body (trainer), 20 free & body (self), 30 reformer = 135
    10/5 - 35 treadmill, 15 elliptical, 30 free & body weights, 30 reformer = 110

    Total = 8.25 hrs
