Thanks @GrandmaJackie for these rounds. It has helped and aided so many in their journey..Who knew something so simple and interactive could be almost more effective then some diet plans.

CW on October 14th: 66.3, but I'm gonna eat cheese and wine, so...
GW: 56 kilos by the end of May, or 103 cm bottom size
FDW (fantabulous dream weight) 53 Kilos
Goal at the end of this round: 65. Feasible, as last week got to 65,3, before being a bit naughty and gaining.
This round I'll concentrate on:
*drink at least 1,5 lt of non-tea water per day
*eat soup 5/7 evenings
*try 2 vegan choccy mousses (no flour, no refined sugar)
*no chocolate or manufactured desserts 5/7
*max 2 glasses of wine per day, 6/7, plus an aperitif or two with friends
*pretend house chores are exercise and get stuff done

Round 7 for me. I've not been consistent and dropped out in round 5 and messed up in round 6. This has resulted in a 2 pound gain, but to be honest, I needed to give the scale a break as it was making me more depressed than helping me focus. Anyway, I'm back with a refreshed mind and a fighting spirit. Goal to get to 190lbs this round.

10/15 - 80.1kg, I expected my weight to go up a little. Bit too much sodium at dinner. Iโm okay with this though! Still going strong with IF, eating 1200cals and drinking at least 1.5L of water. Iโm feeling incredibly motivated and excited for this round
