Last round was a gain but now into the winter routine and hoping to shed the gain from the last 2 rounds and be back to 159 or under.Round 39 (1st for me) – SW 163, loss -.2Ultimate Goal Weight – 128; Hoping to be under 140 by end of June. This is less than 1 lb. per round but as I realize that may not be possible as I get lower (1 lb per round would put me at 131).

10/15: Starting off on a high # on the scale today because we had dinner at the inlaws last night. Taco chili! Yummy for fall but high carb for me, followed by German plum cake expecting to see a quick drop back to 183ish so I'd like to get strongly below that number this round! Plan for tomorrow: write out my food plan, Day 2 of 30 day yoga challenge. Glad to be here, this is a great challenge which helps keep me mindful.

@Bendiz_ that looks absolutely delicious. I hope you enjoyed your birthday!! The salad doesn't look too bad especially since you said you minus the croutons. To make it slightly healthier if you are ever in a predicament like that would be to ask for grilled chicken (can't tell if it is grilled or battered) and sauce on the side. Another member once gave me a great idea, she said she would ask for sauce on the side and then would dip her fork into the sauce so there was a taste with every bite but not grabbing enough to overkill. Last week my man was craving Wendy's and I decided on the avocado salad. It had chicken, bacon, tomatoes, cheese and guacamole with some taco sauce on the side (I decided that would be my cheat meal for the week) it ended up being 600 calories, which is pretty high for a salad but not as much as I expected and banked from the day so ended up being under.8

10/15 - 175.4 …..ugg. Dinner out last night. I was careful but here comes the bloat again. I am eating extra low carb and low calorie today to try and jump start myself again. My egg fast lasted 2.75 days but it was supposed to be 3. I waited too long to eat due to work and by 7:00 PM with no meals yet, I caved and ran down to the restaurant. I was reasonable with my ordering, but carb overload I am sure. We shall see if extra low carbs will help today. I hope I make it through the night without bingeing or mindless snacking because eating the wrong foods often leads me to cravings again. I go to bed about 4:00 or 4:30 a.m. due to my work schedule (I know it's strange), so I hope I can get through the next 7 hours without walking out in the dark again to the freezer where all the best carbs are kept. Coyotes are usually not seen during the day, but one dashed through my yard the other day to the woods in the back. I think something was wrong with it for it to be out and visable during the day. That's all I need is a vicious animal who's not thinking straight to decide HE wants the icecream, or the Marie Callendar Pot Pie. Okay, I've decided. If I cheat tonight it will be with walnuts and/or 90% dark chocolate. They are my normal go-to but I'm trying for the lower carb & calorie. I think I'll go make me a bulletproof coffee to help. 10/15 208.8#, I found that 19 ounces of squash with a little butter and sugar is about 300 calories. Very filling and helped my stay under my calories.

10/15 - 80.1kg, I expected my weight to go up a little. Bit too much sodium at dinner. I’m okay with this though! Still going strong with IF, eating 1200cals and drinking at least 1.5L of water. I’m feeling incredibly motivated and excited for this round
10/16 - 79.5kg !!! I feel like I’ll plateau around this number for a few days but happy to see it come down, and feeling much less bloated than yesterday

Ok, I was sick through the previous challenge so there were ups and downs... Now I'm feeling better and back to eating more and exercise. But I still cannot control my diet. However, I really have concrete goals for this challenge. I want to be 83 kg (182.9 lbs) at the end of the challenge.

Ok, going down better than nothing. Yesterday I ate enough not less not much just enough and nutritious. But I should eat less to lose weight. I still don't log my food, but I'm sure it was more than 1200 cal. I think I should start to log today, let's have a try.

I had a wonderful birthday Thanks for the tip! I will keep that in mind the next time I go out and eat There was barely any dressing on this salad and it tasted like mustard and honey maybe? Veery thin dressing. The chicken was grilled yeah 👍🏻 It’s the best salad I’ve ever tasted!5 -

10/15 - 165.7 lbs Damn! Went clothes shopping with my mom today, and it was waaay better with her help. Picked out a lot of new clothes that actually compliments my body. Feels soo good to buy new clothes. I wasn't that good with my calories today. I ate a chicken/bacon salad for lunch at a restaurant, and I have no idea how many calories it had.. But I ditched dinner, because I'm still feeling full after that huge salad. I didn't eat the crutons, so that helps a bit I guess haha! But that salad def contained a lot of calories. Was delicious though. She wanted to buy me lunch since my birthday was yesterday, so it's all good

I went to the gym yesterday, but today is a netflix kind of day 😂 I think I’m coming down with something, so I’ll go to the gym tomorrow instead (if I feel better).

10/15 70kg oh wow, but then, i didn't have dinner yesterday. Went boxing in the morning, then for brunch, where we started drinking, ended up far too drunk and in bed by about 9.30pm... So this weight is after a very long sleep, let's see what tomorrow brings.
I'm off this week, which means I'll be able to exercise more, but also have to make mors of an effort to get my steps done. Today is a hung over rest day.
10/16 71kg - to be expected. I felt very sorry for myself yesterday and ended up not logging after lunch. I had loads of snacks in the eve but at least made it out for a walk to get my steps in despite being very sore from Sunday's boxing. Today started well, off work, so had a lie in, did some yoga befor weighing and breakfst and will either run or go boxing again tonight.13 -
