10/16--220.4 I'm back from my vacation! Considering how little water I drank and the amount of food I ate during my 10 day vacation I am estatic that my scale showed an increase of less than 5 lbs. Of course when I attempted to weigh my food this morning on my food scale the scale showed a low battery so I couldn't weigh my food. I have the day off today, so this morning is a massage, I need it from all of the walking I did on the trip, and possibly Zumba later tonight. I will probably take the dog out for a longer walk this afternoon since it is going to be a great sunny fall day today.

Round 54 – SW 178 lb. down to 171.8 lb. (6.2 lb. loss) This was my beginning of eating keto and tracking calories.

10/15 169.2 This is the number I wanted to see yesterday, but today’s good, too. It was raining when I woke up for my walk with Thor (my GSD). So, we slept another 1½ hours, and it was still raining. I’ll have to exercise inside today. Thor can run in the yard, and I’ll dry him off. I’m happy I mowed my yard and burned my brush piles before the rain started. I'd rather work outside, but I'll bake oatmeal cookies for my thin husband, cook Turkey Cabbage Stew to portion out and freeze, and do my husband's ironing so he'll look well cared for. After the rain stops—plant winter garden. Praying for a blessed day for all you fellow losers! I love being a (weight) loser.

Quick walk with Brewster (my favorite kid) and realized I had a NSV this morning. My daughter loves to bake and is GOOD at it. She made some delicious oatmeal choc chip cookies this weekend. I love sweets in the morning with my coffee--I figure the calories get burned off during the day. (nevermind the sugar high/crash, but...)
Every morning since she baked these darn cookies, I've had one with my coffee...NOT TODAY! Small victory, but I'm going to add that to my goals for this round--only 2 cookies this week. I'm a firm believer in not denying yourself those things that you love, but all things in moderation.

I don't know what this is about...may be dehydration... but I may have to set a different goal of 163 if it stays down . I did a 15 minute walking workout yesterday (Leslie Sansone) and I am shamefully sore. It wasn't overly difficult and I considered doing another but I'm glad I didn't. I haven't been doing any workout except what I get chasing and lifting my boys.

This will be my 1st round. I’m 27 years old and mom of 3 year old twin toddlers. Before they were born I was very active and at a healthy weight of 120 or less. After their birth I weighed in at a healthy weight. I looked and felt amazing. Overtime I started eating a lot from stress and boredom. Now it’s turned into a food addiction and it’s something I’m trying to beat.

I was on a 3 day/2 night trip- ate 1 meal out each day (which I never do) & tracked all, walked over 37K steps. Lost 0.2lbs. I’m thrilled. The other trip we took, I gained & was hungry all the time. Pleased this one worked out!

Just saw this group, I need the motivation to start and keep it going. I have gained all of my previous weight and feel terrible. The day is about half over so I will have to check my weight tonight when I get home. However, I started my journey this morning by walking for 30 minutes but also broke the diet by drinking a hot chocolate at snack time (I needed to warm/wake up in my office).

Ok, I was sick through the previous challenge so there were ups and downs... Now I'm feeling better and back to eating more and exercise. But I still cannot control my diet. However, I really have concrete goals for this challenge. I want to be 83 kg (182.9 lbs) at the end of the challenge.

My twins are in their 30's now, but I remember stress--part of being a mom. Boredom, on the other hand, is curable, unless maybe you're standing alone in a long line. Try to avoid that. You might spend more time doing physical activities with the children or take up a new hobby. I worked, but I also did a lot of sewing and needle craft projects for my 4 kids and even for their dad. Take the twins to church and get involved with other folks. @poeticbriana suggests you're a writer or wannabe writer--that doesn't sound boring. Get with other moms and let the kids play or take turns watching each other's children so you can get out and exercise or take a break. Just some ideas--there's really no good reason to be bored. Life is too short--there's no time to be bored! Sometimes, we have to adjust our thinking and take control of our minds. You know you can do this! So what are you waiting for? Time's a wasting! 10/25- 184.2- good thing this went back down. Weekend didn't go as well as it could have to be honest but I packed a really healthy lunch today and the day has been good so far! Goal at the end of this round: 65. Feasible, as last week got to 65,3, before being a bit naughty and gaining.
This round I'll concentrate on:
*drink at least 1,5 lt of non-tea water per day
*eat soup 5/7 evenings
*try 2 vegan choccy mousses (no flour, no refined sugar)
*no chocolate or manufactured desserts 5/7
*max 2 glasses of wine per day, 6/7, plus an aperitif or two with friends
*pretend house chores are exercise and get stuff done

🍁10/15🍃 150.8 this weekend was a wash. I managed to stay under calories but the food choices were a bit questionable and I managed to work out but not like I had been during the week before I got sick. I am feeling better today but still have a dry cough which is just as bad as a stuffy nose. Hoping to get back into my routine today. Regardless a loss is a loss and I hope it stays that way

10/15 - 165.7 lbs Damn! Went clothes shopping with my mom today, and it was waaay better with her help. Picked out a lot of new clothes that actually compliments my body. Feels soo good to buy new clothes. I wasn't that good with my calories today. I ate a chicken/bacon salad for lunch at a restaurant, and I have no idea how many calories it had.. But I ditched dinner, because I'm still feeling full after that huge salad. I didn't eat the crutons, so that helps a bit I guess haha! But that salad def contained a lot of calories. Was delicious though. She wanted to buy me lunch since my birthday was yesterday, so it's all good
