    Breakfast:
    170 g Fage 2% Greek yogurt with 1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter, ~ 1/4 cup granola, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1/2 tbsp pumpkin seeds, and 2 tbsp dried goji berries
    1 shot of espresso, bitter

    Snack:
    2 small pink plums

    Lunch:
    100 g of Sicilian caponata, 17.5 g of galbanone cheese, 50 g cooked prosciutto, and 1/2 slice high fiber, whole grain rye bread
    1 square Lindt 90% dark chocolate
    1 shot of espresso, bitter

    Snack:
    30 g caffè freddo and 1 Venchi pistacchio, almond, and hazelnut truffle

    Dinner:
    1/4 broccoli rabe, sausage, and mozzarella panuozzo

    A lot of coffee today. 😯😋

    This is...I don't even know anymore. I just grab ingredients and smash them together. Breakfast is what I can eat, dinner is whatever is left over.

    textured vegetable protein - soy flour based meat substitute, typically sold dry in bulk. My husband seasons it as "taco meat" or puts it in chili & some other stuff like spaghetti sauce, since he doesn't eat ground beef. I do eat beef/meat, but I like it, too.

    Snack:
    170 g Fage 0% Greek yogurt with ~1/2 tbsp chia seeds and ~1/2 tbsp honey

    Lunch:
    1/4 mozzarella, broccoli rabe, and sausage panuozzo
    1 shot espresso, bitter
    1 Ruby Baci

    Snack:
    1 white peach and 10 almonds

    Dinner:
    80 g durum wheat pasta with grilled vegetable sauce and pancetta

    Breakfast: pineapple Greek yogurt with a little granola mixed in, coffee
    Lunch: veggie burger patty, cold salad of corn, tomato, red onion & cilantro, a few dark chocolate covered espresso beans and a cup of coffee
    Dinner: red beans & rice. Probably split the last chocolate mint protein bar afterward.

    1/2 large Jumbo shrimp salad (on ice cold bed of iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, 1 boiled eggs, rings of red and yellow peppers), mixed chopped spicy kale, potato salad, 1/2 slice of turtle cheesecake, coffee w/cream

    Dinner:

    BF- almond milk latte and special k crisp pastries
    Snack- chobani flip and black coffee
    Lunch- tuna salad on wheat toast
    Snack- tea
    Supper- either some turkey and veggies or clam chowder haven’t decided yet. Whatever I don’t eat I will end up having for lunch tomorrow.

    Dessert and/or late night snack:
    bowl of cubed cantaloupe, honeydew melon, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and about 7-10 pieces of Huamei (salty chinese dried plumbs)

    Baratti & Milano dolcereale bar (extra dark chocolate bar with dried fruit, nuts, and multigrains)

    Mixed seafood salad (in a bit of olive oil/lemon juice/vinegar), Sicilian caponata and peas, and a small slice of galbanone cheese
    1 shot espresso, bitter
    1 Venchi crème brulée chocolate

    Snack:
    1 medium golden delicious apple

    Dinner:
    1 cup couscous with a little olive oil and lemon juice, chickpeas, corn, and sauteed eggplant and zucchini

    Breakfast: 3 oz raspberries, 1 fried egg with hot sauce, toast with lemon curd, black coffee
    Lunch: "Natalie Portman's Vegan Chickpea Stew" (People magazine recipe) but my husband made it all with fresh ingredients instead of canned tomatoes and the like. It's basically tomatoes, zucchini, chickpeas, brown rice & parsley on top. I included a photo.
    Mid-Afternoon Snack: chocolate covered espresso beans and a large coffee w/ 2 shots of rose flavoring
    Dinner: fried chicken breast, green beans & side serving of very plain spaghetti (Chicken Mary's, Frontenac, Kansas...this was a dad special request for Father's Day dinner...not my usual thing but quite good)

    Yesterday was not exactly the best day but I want to post anyway.

    Breakfast:
    3-ingredient pancake (2 eggs, 1 banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter)

    Lunch:
    2 small slices of ortolana pizza (mixed vegetables) with pancetta
    1/4 Ariete panuozzo (sausage, tomatoes, and mozzarella)

    Snacks:
    1 Venchi cremino al pistacchio, 1 Venchi bigusto cremino fondente, 1 Venchi cioccolato fondente con nocciole intere, 2 Baci originale fondente, 1 Ruby Baci
    1 gummy heart
    2 tea cookies with a little peanut butter and nutella

    Today is a new day...

    Breakfast:
    Multigrain strudel filled with fig and walnut marmalade

    Snack:
    170 g Fage 0% Greek yogurt with 1/2 tbsp chia seeds and 1/2 tbsp honey

    Lunch:
    4 oz roast beef with carrot, onion, and celery puree, chick peas, peas, and galbanone cheese
    1 shot espresso with 1/4 tsp raw cane sugar and 1 g of 100% cocoa square mixed in

    Snack:
    1 medium peach
    2 Venchi tartufini

    Dinner:
    3/4 cup couscous with grilled vegetable sauce, spinach, and extra grilled eggplant added in

    A lot of this food is quite unusual to me so it's funny that Americans would be puzzled by a hobnob. I believe most British diets are at least 50% hobnob.

    Lunch: chicken Caesar salad pasta salad (roasted chicken, bacon, red onion, romaine, penne noodles and Bolthouse Caeasar dressing) and pineapple
    Afternoon snack: baby carrots & homemade veggie dip
    Dinner: spaghetti & meatballs with 1 piece of garlic toast
    After dinner snack: if any room left, vanilla ice cream

    Breakfast: Flapjack "Mighty Muffin" in S'mores flavor (overrated)...I added a few mini marshmallows. Coffee.

    Lunch: TVP taco salad with tomatoes, onions, peppers, and crumbled La Tiara taco shells on top. Picante & sour cream as dressing. Probably a square of dark chocolate and some tea as well.

    Dinner: Tofu stir fry with tons of veggies and brown rice.

    Today

    Breakfast:
    Tex mex Benedict (2 poached eggs, pepper jack cheese, avocado, and chorizo with spicy hollandaise sauce on crunchy tortilla rounds)
    1/2 blueberry muffin
    [all from a diner]

    Lunch:
    1/2 ahi tuna steak salad with pickled onions, cherry tomatoes, and a light ginger dressing
    Mega green freshly pressed juice (spinach, celery, kale, carrot, apple, pineapple, orange, ginger, and lemon)

    Snack:
    Leftover green juice

    Dinner:
    1/2 ahi tuna steak salad
    and likely some mac & cheese but I haven't quite decided yet

    7 pieces of trader joe's salt water taffy, cup of sunflower seeds, maybe a cup of mint chocolate ice cream
