    Post hike Snack: Medium coldstone ice cream with a brownie mixed in
    Dinner: Pepperoni pizza lunchable
    Snack: Strawberry Kellogg's protein bar

    Breakfast: Avocado toast, scrambled eggs, strawberries, raspberries, and green tea

    Lunch: Chicken korma rice bowl (rice, chicken, korma sauce, mango chutney, raita, and pickled onions), mango, honeydew

    Dinner: Veggie enchiladas, yellow rice

    Snack: I am trying not to snack because I find I am eating just to eat and not because of actual hunger

    Greek yogurt with a little granola. Tea with a scoop of collagen peptides and oat milk.
    Toasted sourdough topped with hummus, sliced tomato, sprinkle of salt. Baby bell peppers and snap peas on the side.
    Iced coffee: cold brew with oat milk.
    Stuffed pepper (with veggies, rice, soy chorizo and feta).
    Later, kombucha or more tea, and either some banana bread or a cookie.

    2 slices toast with strawberry jelly. 2 cups coffee with Splenda and half and half
    Lunch
    3 small meatballs baked in mozzarella cheese, large side salad topped with parmesan/mozzarella cheese and some ghardinera, large diet coke
    After lunch
    1 sugar free Russell stover chocolate turtle.
    Dinner
    Chocolate banana peanut butter smoothie (husband requested) with heavy dollop of cool whip and a drizzle of sugar free chocolate.
    7.5 mile trail this morning and we are sinking pavers to make a walkway this afternoon. Lucky husband is very handy..Happy Tuesday 🌞 Our puppy said he's having water and Natural Balance beef dog food today🐶😉

    Breakfast- everything bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon

    Lunch- evol chicken Tikka masala and large bowl of fresh cherries

    Snack- 2 oz of smoked salmon, dill pickle slices

    Dinner- chicken fajita on salad instead of tortillas and a ww fudge bar

    Lunch: Sandwich consisting of buffalo chicken deli meat, swiss cheese, and Dijon mustard
    Post workout: Peanut butter banana protein shake, coconut almond bar
    Dinner: Cod in garlic sauce with roasted potatoes and asparagus
    Snack: Likely cottage cheese and carrots. Probably something else too somewhere cause I have like 4-500 calories left and need to hit protein goal.

    Dinner: Thai seasoned salmon, rice, stir fried mixed veggies

    Snack: Fruit, fig newtons, nuts, popcorn are all options. Depends how I feel after dinner though I will have about 400 calories available. If I am hungry I will have something.

    Flour tortilla stuffed, really stuffed, with tuna salad (tuna, capers, fresh herbs, tbs mayo), romaine, and sliced tomato.
    Iced coffee: cold brew with oat milk.
    Donated blood so some extra snacks after: two boiled eggs, handful of baby carrots (I packed these) plus thin pretzels and a juice they gave me at the donor center.
    Spaghetti with fennel, kale, tomatoes, and lemon topped with parm.
    Evening snack tbd, I’ll go a little over on cals today but it will balance out across the week.

    Dinner
    Chocolate cherry smoothie with dollop of cool whip and a drizzle of chocolate syrup..
    Walked 7.5 miles today and still tackling our yard..Happy Wednesday 🌞..
    I use chocolate protein powder, 2 cups ice, 2 cups frozen banana, 1 to 2 cups cold water, 3 tablespoons pb2..mix in blender til smooth and thick..I adjust it to my taste and husband and I share..

    Lunch: Leftover cod and potatoes, skinny caramel macchiato
    Dinner: Homemade chicken nachos with all the fixings! My sister is learning to cook and she really went all out tonight trying to learn new things! Everything, including the tortilla chips and refried beans, were done homemade.

    Started today with a little greek yogurt with granola before zoom pilates.
    Real breakfast of half a sesame bagel, cream cheese, lox, capers and sliced tomato. Big side salad of lettuce, baby bell peppers, cucumber and snow peas dressed with salt and olive oil. Cup of tea with oat milk.
    Iced coffee: cold brew with oat milk.
    Lunch: vegetable biryani with a boiled egg.
    Two apricots.
    Later, some kombucha, salted pistachios, and a piece of dark chocolate licorice.

    Later planning a glass of wine, olives and sourdough/herb crackers.

    Smoothie with dollop of cool whip and drizzle of sugar free chocolate syrup
    Not sure of flavor yet
    Never walked a path we got busy with more errands and trying to finish outside since they are calling for a long stretch of rain..Happy Friday everyone 😊❤

    Used leftover bbq chicken from pizza and put it on a large salad topped with cheddar cheese..large diet coke
    After lunch
    2 pieces of Russell stovers sugar free toffee candy
    Dinner
    Chocolate protein smoothie with a dollop of cool whip and a drizzle of sugar free chocolate..found Keebler teeny tiny chips deluxe cookies dessert topping thingys so I thought I'd get a little crazy and throw some of those on top.
