    140 rpm @ level 25 is my fastest rpm and intensity. That was insane.

    17 miles / 50:46 / 576 calories
    3 miles / 9:16 / 99 calories

    20 miles / 60:02 / 675 calories
    Good ride. Good end to the week. Broke 101lbs this week and did 51 miles. NSV.

    Saturday
    Easyish 3.1 mile run to bootcamp, I say Easyish because I somehow managed to get a strava trophy without really trying.
    Bootcamp, lots of running and sit ups. I don't mind running but I'm built for (and train for) distance/endurance over speed and today involved sprinting which meant I was at the back. Sit ups I'm good at, I tend to do a lot of decline sit ups so sit ups on the flat are easy

    Seated overhead press 5 sets 10 reps supersetted with KB Goblet squats using a 24kg KB x 10 reps for 5 rounds. Close with seated horontal rows 3 sets 10 reps. Used challenging resistance bands for press and row work.

    Zwift for an hour in an attempt to get myself out of my rut of not exercising. My two weeks of being sick earlier this year really threw me off which doesn't bode well for fitness or motivation.

    Throwing around some kettlebells and weights. Mostly upper body stuff with a squat or two in there.

    20 minutes on the elliptical. It was torture. So boring. Yay active recovery....

    Alternating pull-ups and chin-ups 100 reps in 25:47 - bar dips 100 reps in 16:12 - run 5:05 and walk 0:55 for 30 minutes and 2.97 miles - walk 30 minutes and 1.67 miles.

    You're all making me feel pretty inadequate right about now :D I braved going for a walk with my daughter in the pram (It takes SO long to get us ready) It went well :-) Going to test out our local gym (trial) within the next few weeks.

    Sprint Day on the Air Dyne Pro. 16 X 90 seconds/1 minute active rest. A little over 300 Watts on the sprints. Not as hard as I can go but 16 intervals are lot! Was easier this week than last. Only second time I've done this one.
