Trader Joe’s chicken potstickers. 200 calories for 7. With half a teaspoon (17 cals) of their chili onion crunch oil.

    Frozen blueberries

I went through a frozen blueberry stage, I actually stopped buying them because I kept going back for more until the bag was gone! Not that it's a huge calorie dent, it's just more than I should be eating!

Roasted and pan cooked radishes with tons of spices. I have been using different spice blends to give different flavors (garlic onion, salt n vinegar, sea salt and italian seasoning, onion and chives, BBQ seasoning, with TJ everything bagel seasoning, etc) I love that they come out having a similar texture to potatoes.

Buffalo sauce. Also banana with peanut butter. I never want buffalo sauce or peanut butter if I'm not counting calories.

Poached eggs and avocado on toast with sweet chilli sauce.
My absolute fav breakfast meal atm

I went through a sweet chili phase where I put that sauce on everything. It's been about 5 years, but still love sweet chili, just don't use it as much now! I had also ended up visiting London during my sweet chili phase and was surprised how much more popular sweet chili flavored items were over there than they are in the US.

Me too! Except I defect to Team Tabasco regularly too! Don’t know what it is about actual Sriracha, but I’m just not keen. Although I do have a Green Sriracha made by a company called The Sauce Shop which is becoming a favourite. 😋

Are we talking hot sauce here?

Any Melinda's hot sauce fans here?
Melinda's a tall bottle of flames. (And this is coming from someone who drenches her salads, vegetables, and almost everything other than fruits like watermelon and grapes in cayenne pepper).

Can be a new product you're loving or a simple ingredient you can't live without.

Me? Coconut manna. Love it! Also into homemade cucumber feta dip with fresh vegetables ...

I’ve been on a serious cheese kick for a few weeks now. Got to a point where I was afraid I was pregnant (not the case, thankfully!) The worst is high-end pizza mozza. I’d eat it by the handful if it didn’t cost so much! 😆

Frank's is my absolute favorite hot sauce but I've been attempting to watch my salt intake lately and that has a lot of sodium.

Team FRANKS!! I use a bottle every 2 weeks and have since I was like 10, lol. I just have such a love for it on everything. Never been a fan of sriracha or tabasco. As a kid people thought I was so weird because I would drink it out of the bottle I loved it so much.

I LOVE Melindas buffalo sauce. It has such a great buttery wing flavor to it.

Do you mean you enjoy raisins over grapes? Or are raisins more "problematic" than grapes?
*On a semi-relevant note: I purchased more globe (red seeded) grapes from Costco this morning. I am not sure if I should be worried or not.*

I prefer raisins over grapes! I'm not a big fruit fan in general other than stone fruits and berries though so a little biased
