August 22, 2019: Ten-day average 146.5 - Trending closer to the top of both my IDEAL and my absolute goal range.
May 22: Ten-day average 149.2 - More than a pound over the top of my IDEAL goal range; in the top 8% of my absolute goal range. I got up to an average of 149.8 I was pretty much at or near this max weight all of May.
June 22: Ten-day average 147.1 - Near the top of IDEAL goal range; in the top 30% of absolute goal range. But less than a month before.
July 22: Ten-day average 146.4 - About 20% over the midpoint of IDEAL goal range and near the top third of absolute goal range.
August 22: Ten-day average 145.2 - Down 0.1 pound for the week. Still right near the middle of both my IDEAL and my absolute goal range. For the sixth week in a row, my weight is still LESS THAN A MONTH AGO, less that two month ago and less than three months ago, so yay! I am surprised that I'm also less than a year ago. I am beginning to think my absolute goal weight is a fantasy, and so it's a good thing I'm ok being right in the middle of my goal ranges. Somehow my average weight hasn't moved more than a half pound either way of the midpoint of the ranges all month. Go figure.

Iâm also trying to get lower, but every time I hit 156âs to low 157âs, I get hungrier. Itâs all a delicate balance. I do know that weâre both healthy, and thatâs the WIN!

After a week of being heavier than one year ago, I'm back to being less than then too for the second week. My mass has been ridiculously steady all month with the average varying no more than a 0.6 pound range all of August and just a little more for the few weeks before that. the only bummer is the trend is a little bit up, and I'm trying to push it just a little lower. That last two pounds or so is always so difficult. But I'm not really that disappointed. I think I'm doing fine with maintenance.

I am SUPPOSED TO BE in maintenance with a goal weight of 143 pounds and an allowable goal range of 140-150 pounds and an IDEAL goal range of 142 - 148. I fluctuate wildly day-to-day, and try to stay fairly steady month-to-month. I often succeed, and sometimes I am not exactly where I want to be. I will update here once per week and report my ten-day average weight.
September 19, 2019: Ten-day average 143.3 - Near the middle of both my IDEAL and my absolute goal range.
June 19: Ten-day average 147.2 - Near the top of IDEAL goal range; in the top 30% of absolute goal range. But less than a month before.
July 19: Ten-day average 146.7 - A bit over the midpoint of IDEAL goal range and near the top third of absolute goal range.
August 19: Ten-day average 145.1 - Near the middle of IDEAL and absolute goal range.
September 19: Ten-day average 142.9 - Good thing I'm just looking at averages, because today's one day weight is up a full four pounds from yesterday, but the average is actually right at my ultimate goal weight and near the bottom my IDEAL goal range and in the bottom third of my absolute goal range.
I weigh less than a month ago, less than two months ago, less than three months ago, and just under a year ago. I recovered from the weight I gained at the beginning of the pandemic, and one or two days off the rails will NOT prevent me from maintaining at a healthy weight!

September 26, 2019: Ten-day average 142.6 - Almost at the very bottom of my IDEAL and about a quarter of the way from the bottom of my absolute goal range.
June 26: Ten-day average 146.4 - In the top quarter of IDEAL goal range; in the top 40% of absolute goal range. But less than a month before.
July 26: Ten-day average 145.7 - Almost a pound over the midpoint of IDEAL goal range and near the top third of absolute goal range.
August 26: Ten-day average 145.3 - Near the middle of IDEAL and absolute goal range.
September 26: Ten-day average 143.3 - Near the bottom my IDEAL goal range and in the bottom third of my absolute goal range.
I weigh less than a month ago, less than two months ago, and less than three months ago. I am above my weight a year ago as I was at my ultimate goal weight back then. I got there again this week, and have been gaining a little the second half of the week. On Wednesday, my ten-day average weight was exactly the same as one year ago today.
This thread has been active almost a year; I've been participating about ten months. It's mostly just two of us contributing; I am considering abandoning my participation, or at least reducing my frequency from weekly to maybe monthly.

I am SUPPOSED TO BE in maintenance with a goal weight of 143 pounds and an allowable goal range of 140-150 pounds and an IDEAL goal range of 142 - 148. I fluctuate wildly day-to-day, and try to stay fairly steady month-to-month. I often succeed, and sometimes I am not exactly where I want to be. I will update here once per week and report my ten-day average weight.
August 22, 2019: Ten-day average 146.5 - Trending closer to the top of both my IDEAL and my absolute goal range.
May 22: Ten-day average 149.2 - More than a pound over the top of my IDEAL goal range; in the top 8% of my absolute goal range. I got up to an average of 149.8 I was pretty much at or near this max weight all of May.
June 22: Ten-day average 147.1 - Near the top of IDEAL goal range; in the top 30% of absolute goal range. But less than a month before.
July 22: Ten-day average 146.4 - About 20% over the midpoint of IDEAL goal range and near the top third of absolute goal range.
August 22: Ten-day average 145.2 - Down 0.1 pound for the week. Still right near the middle of both my IDEAL and my absolute goal range. For the sixth week in a row, my weight is still LESS THAN A MONTH AGO, less that two month ago and less than three months ago, so yay! I am surprised that I'm also less than a year ago. I am beginning to think my absolute goal weight is a fantasy, and so it's a good thing I'm ok being right in the middle of my goal ranges. Somehow my average weight hasn't moved more than a half pound either way of the midpoint of the ranges all month. Go figure.

Iâm also trying to get lower, but every time I hit 156âs to low 157âs, I get hungrier. Itâs all a delicate balance. I do know that weâre both healthy, and thatâs the WIN!

After a week of being heavier than one year ago, I'm back to being less than then too for the second week. My mass has been ridiculously steady all month with the average varying no more than a 0.6 pound range all of August and just a little more for the few weeks before that. the only bummer is the trend is a little bit up, and I'm trying to push it just a little lower. That last two pounds or so is always so difficult. But I'm not really that disappointed. I think I'm doing fine with maintenance.

After seven weeks, I finally broke my streak and am not less than a month ago. That's ok because I'm near goal. That said, my weight is still less that two month ago and less than three months ago. I am ever so slightly more than one year ago, but again this is ok because I'm at goal.

September 19: Ten-day average 142.9 - Good thing I'm just looking at averages, because today's one day weight is up a full four pounds from yesterday, but the average is actually right at my ultimate goal weight and near the bottom my IDEAL goal range and in the bottom third of my absolute goal range.
I weigh less than a month ago, less than two months ago, less than three months ago, and just under a year ago. I recovered from the weight I gained at the beginning of the pandemic, and one or two days off the rails will NOT prevent me from maintaining at a healthy weight!

I am SUPPOSED TO BE in maintenance with a goal weight of 143 pounds and an allowable goal range of 140-150 pounds and an IDEAL goal range of 142 - 148. I fluctuate wildly day-to-day, and try to stay fairly steady month-to-month. I often succeed, and sometimes I am not exactly where I want to be. I will update here once per week and report my ten-day average weight.
September 26, 2019: Ten-day average 142.6 - Almost at the very bottom of my IDEAL and about a quarter of the way from the bottom of my absolute goal range.
June 26: Ten-day average 146.4 - In the top quarter of IDEAL goal range; in the top 40% of absolute goal range. But less than a month before.
July 26: Ten-day average 145.7 - Almost a pound over the midpoint of IDEAL goal range and near the top third of absolute goal range.
August 26: Ten-day average 145.3 - Near the middle of IDEAL and absolute goal range.
September 26: Ten-day average 143.3 - Near the bottom my IDEAL goal range and in the bottom third of my absolute goal range.
I weigh less than a month ago, less than two months ago, and less than three months ago. I am above my weight a year ago as I was at my ultimate goal weight back then. I got there again this week, and have been gaining a little the second half of the week. On Wednesday, my ten-day average weight was exactly the same as one year ago today.
This thread has been active almost a year; I've been participating about ten months. It's mostly just two of us contributing; I am considering abandoning my participation, or at least reducing my frequency from weekly to maybe monthly.
