Diagnosed on March 3 with mild arthritis in both knees ~ I plan to keep moving!

Fifty in February might have been a freak occurrence. March slowly gets a bit busier for me. I think 40 hours is attainable.

I love that you're walking your dog! I need to do this with mine, as she's getting "fluffy" lying on the couch too much.1 -

I love that you're walking your dog! I need to do this with mine, as she's getting "fluffy" lying on the couch too much.
Thank you! Our dog loves her walks, and we don't go a slow pace either. It's how I "train" for 5K & 10K races.2 -
