found a baby BlueJay in the road,
took it home, fed it mushy bread soaked in milk. When he’d open his mouth I’d drop it in.
As he got bigger I fed him live meal worms I’d buy.
We tried to let him go but he couldn’t fly quite right.
So we bought him a huge parrot cage.
Every time the phone rang and I answered it he’d start screaming.
Same when someone came to the door.
He was obnoxious and meaner than hell.
He lived with us for 11yrs.

was walking through the woods on land we owned, an very loud snort from a buck I hadn’t seen and I don’t think I’ve ever climbed a tree so fast!

was told by a Brazilian boy that I had been seeing for about a week, that he thought I was nice and real pretty but I was too skinny and had no butt so he wasn’t interested. 😑
