One day I was driving and saw a guy throw a pizza box down a sewer/storm drain on the side of the road. It was in an area with shops, so there were garbage cans nearby that he could have easily accessed. Made me so angry.

@rheddmobile So glad you didn't fall, but I do have that cartoon picture of you in my head now. Makes me wonder if it wasn't a human who littered, but maybe some critter that dug a rotten banana out of the Kroger trash. I think most humans wouldn't just drop in on the sidewalk...unless it was a tiny human in a stroller and mom/dad didn't notice.

@martaindale You did great. Interestingly enough, when I don't want to run, I prefer to do intervals. It just seems to cut the run up which makes it easier for me to mentally do.

@katharmonic Glad your back is feeling better!

@kgirlhart Yeah for a nice run, especially in that wind. I don't do wind very well either.

@polskagirl01 I dislike those who litter too. Good for you for picking up the trash in the woods. I don't think you are enabling them because I really don't think they would notice.

    Oh!

    I did check in on @pastorvincent 's wife -

She and their son are doing well. She is working, which I don't think she did before. She loves her job. She says she is trying to juggle everything and learn to do things differently, but her words read as though she has peace - and a new normal. Keep her in your thoughts and prayers. Also. What a relief to know they didn't just keel over too.

That's great to hear. @PastorVincent is still caring for them.

@skippygirlsmom Glad Skip made it home safely and is so chatty. I love that you have such a great relationship. Enjoy your time with her.

@Camarmandy648 Be safe and enjoy your race tomorrow! I know you will do great. Hope you have the course on some sort of device so you don't get lost.

Pretty pictures @Faebert. I love the stories about your comedy runs with the littles.

I am in Dallas. And i just paid $14 for a shot of tequila.

Didn’t stop the whole way here. Mask on right away. And so far zero interaction with anyone.

It’s starting to kind of hit that I just drove to Dallas after being up and working all day just to run a race they said is cancelled / virtual.

Maybe I HAVE lost my mind.

You are an ultrarunner and only now you think you lost it 😊

You weren't being chased by a scrawny coyote carrying an Acme box of banana peels at the time were you @rheddmobile ? Glad you are okay though.

    BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA yep.

@shanaber Continue to listen to your body. That's much more important than meeting some arbitrary goal.

@marisap2010 Sorry about the rough week. Glad you were able to get your run in last night.

Have fun "racing" today @Camaramandy648 !
