    Wasn't a tip so as much as getting some blood work back and the PA being like "So, you're glucose is a little high. It's not a guarantee for diabetes but we should keep an eye on that..."

    For me it's been tracking every single calorie I consume, even the bad and ugly. It's been a slow process, but I've lost 75lbs in 13 months and I would never have been this successful without a tracking app.
